Yea Iam getting ready to paint my 05 Dodge 3500 4 door long bed dullay and going back with same color Bright White it’s the best to me it’s cooler in summer and doesn’t show dirt and that’s what’s bad with dark colors you have to wash all the time if you want it to look good. They are going with epoxy primer and three base coats and 2-3 coats of clear and the paint on it now from factory is single stage. Nothing that 5 grand won’t fix.
I usually pull the lift pump relay or fuse when I flash trucks so it doesn't do that crazy lift pump trigger. My 05 did that the whole time it was flashing on udc. Tomorrow I am calling them and cp. Either way I ordered a wc fab 467.7 for my 06 g56 truck after watching your video. I only have 30% ddp and 6.7 cp3. Of course all the top end mods. I'm really hoping the 4.56 gears/37s will help spool it. I have had nightmares with tuning in the past. Bob hooked it up at cp with the 05 (12mm stroker), but it took a while to get there. So I'm a little cautious. I just need a truck that can tow a 15.6k gooseneck sea level to 5-6k feet
Are these still available from firepunk? I'm getting a whole delete kit but wondering if I should buy something like this for tuning instead of efi live or race me?
Have a good time, I’m a retired senior chief AMCS (AW). Worked my entire time on F-14’s since 1976 on all series. I have a 2006 2500 that I’m working on too. It’s going to be tough to swallow the pill for the cost of SS injectors and pump but that’s my next step.
@@josephignatowicz1709 thanks for your service brother. My pops is a retired AMC. I retire in a few months. Yeah any fuel components on these trucks hurts the wallet a bit.
I’m. Running a Randy’s stage 2 and I love it. I use it as a daily
Great work so far! I know this is old, and I'm not sure if you have decided a color, but my opinion is to keep it black!

I wish i would’ve done that. She was singing and clicking for a while. Def noted for next time. Thanks for the tip.
Pull the lift pump relay because it can make the flash fail because if it sees under a certain voltage it fails the tune flash 👍
Nicely done, it looks like it really rips! Can't wait for you to get the trans built so you can feed it ALL of the onions....
Me neither man. I’ll get some footage of me acting like a hooligan once I’m able to the power down to the ground.
Great work Eric
That thing when cranking sounds like it had dead hole !
And the haze it has kinda says that too
What do you mean dead hole? Curious to what you mean.
@@okc_garage bad valve adjustment, bad valve seat, bad rings. One of those
@@ToddFordingLSX I’ll probably pull the head next winter/spring and see how she looks.
Great job brother

They are still available.
uneven cylinder(s) on the crank ?
Not sure what you mean.
Have you picked out wheels and tires yet?
Not yet. Help me pick out a set.
Muldoons for the win
I’ve heard nothing but good things about these guys.
What transmission did you decide with
currently building my trans with all revmax billet internals.
You decide on which turbos yet?
I go back in forth not 100% sure yet.
@@okc_garage that's the hardest part with these trucks! I changed my set up twice last year.
My vote is a 464/480 side mount
You aircrew on the Navy AC from Tinker?
I am.

What gears does the truck have 3.73?
3.73s as far as i know of according to my VIN.
@@okc_garage that’s what I figured based on speed and rpm. I have 4.10s in my early 3rd gen and hate it.
