1/2pk Louisiana New Orleans Fish Fry Seafood breading mix
Vegetable oil for frying
Catfish Nuggets
Mustard
Black pepper
Old Bay seasoning
Granulated garlic
Paprika
Lemons, hot sauce, tartar sauce (optional)

Excuse me but i believe youre suppose to scrap the grey skin off with a rigged knife. Otherwise its a great recipe.

Connie...we just finished dinner and we used your recipe. The nuggets were delicious. I should have taken a pic but we gobbled them up too fast. It was the first time we had catfish but not the last😊
