Yes, I was. I contacted Johnson Outdoor Products (the parent company) and followed their warranty return process. It did take quite a while, but I did receive a new one from them.
@@benlavigueur4275 Thanks. I live in Amsterdam Netherlands.... Might be cheaper to just bring a lighter. I think that pezeo igniter is a poor design. Very prone to damage.
That was what they 1st recommended to me also. But when I did that, and the ceramic housing was cracked, it was electrifying the rest of the metal stove housing and shocking me. Lol
This was my problem. Thanks for the helpful video!
Thank you for your comment. I'm happy you found value in my video
Thanks, my Jetboil minimo started doing this. It's only 6 months old.
Just make sure you always carry a mini Bic lighter
Were you able to get it repaired? I have the same problem.

Yeah it is. I would agree with you about just bringing a lighter.
Thanks man. Some problem her to 😭 and it take 5-6 min to heat the water
Sorry to hear that. Reach out for warranty replacement. I was successful in receiving a new one
Use better gas and/or keep the gas cylinder warm.
So helpful Ty
Glad I could help!
Jetboil recommended to me to push the wire down to where it is 3mm from the base of the burner. Close to a 45degree angle. I hope that helps.

All models do it I believe. I have (3) different models and all the igniters have failed. Junk.
i have same issue : ( on flash model
Yeah, that sucks. Sorry to hear that. Seems to be a common problem
Just had the same issue and I didn’t even have time to take it out into the field
Just make sure you always have a backup Bic lighter
