High end work as always
Thanks for the support as always mate
To great video as always.
It wasn't this one but a recent video of yours had all your tools in a collapsible bucket. Loved it when you compare to all the velocity and veto bags. 😂
Just goes to show right. Its just a container to get them to a job.
Thanks for watching Simon, the foldable buckets are great because I can tip my tools out and catch all my leaks, you can't do that with the veto bags
Yep true enough Tom. If you’re a great tradesman like yourself you don’t need all the snazzy add ons
Blimey, what a shock, a straight forward swap!!! You are normally having to get creative and sort out one problem or another! 🤗🤗🤗
Great content as always
I got lucky on this one, it makes a nice change, thanks for the support as always mate

Hi Tom, a nice new cylinder swap there and the job looked like it went nice and smooth for you both.
The new press tool looks like a quality bit of kit too, thank you for another great film.
Have a great weekend and take care Tom. 👍👍👍
Thanks for the support as always Chris, all plumbers love a straight swap, I was told they had changed the design so was expecting to have to alter pipework, have a great weekend 👍
Looks like a nice job who ever installed it to start with I would guess its on a commercial job
They did make a nice job, everything was fairly easy to get at which is always nice, thanks for watching Charlie 👍
Interesting video. I've just finished my level 2 diploma and I've got my G3 booked for 14th June so this is helpful. 😊

Thanks for the support as always Ross, have a great weekend
More good work, Tom. I've never really understood why marking the pipe makes any difference in relation to the warranty on a pressfit joint. Presumably, during an investigation they would cut the fitting in half or whatever and it would be clear then whether the pipe had been pushed in far enough before it was pressed.
I never really understood that either, like you say if the fitting was cut apart it would be clear if the pipe was in all the way, thanks for watching as always mate, have a great weekend 👍
Great video Tom. Nice new press gun, i have the Alpha press and hardly ever use it.😎👍👍😎
Thanks for the support as always Pb, I'm still going to solder but it's nice to have the choice, have a great weekend 👍
@@PlumbLikeTom Absolutely! It's better to have it in the kit
That was a nice job the both of you carried out..👍👍👍
And you got to use your new toy 😂😂.
Didn't think you where supposed to operate the relief valve in case it does not reseal 😕
Thanks for the support as always John, you should be alright with new relief valves, technically you should test them on a service but like you say they don't always reseal, have a great weekend
Great vid again. Was it on a bore hole? Had lots of issues on bore holes with cylinders and had to fit a pacivated cylinder to cope with the water.
This was just on normal mains, I think the tprv valve connection had been leaking and it had just rotted out. I don't think these cylinders are fully stainless as a magnet sticks inside so when you get a leak this can happen, have a great weekend mate 👍
Hey Tom. Great video as always! What brand of 1/2"-3/4" nut spanner do you use? Thinking of getting one.
I use the monument one, the blue silverline one is the same though and is cheaper, thanks for the support as always mate
Hiya Tom.
Great video as always.
After a bit of advice regarding ACCESS training centres.
Need to get my NVQ assessment completed which has been a complete nightmare.
Any idea if there any good?? Mixed reviews everywhere so.
Cheers Tom.
I've not really had much to do with training centres mate, someone who reads this might be able to help, thanks for watching as always, have a great weekend 👍
Thanks for reply Tom. Very much appreciated.
Yeah hopefully with a reply.
Have a great weekend Tom.
👍👍
Thanks for the support as always Colin, have a great weekend

I don't think I could keep up with him Pete

🤘😎🤘
Thanks for the support as always Wayne, have a great weekend 👍
Six quid for 12 marker pens on Amazon you right sod lol
I think I'm black listed on Amazon, I used to play a game of buying the cheapest thing I could find and just send it straight back for a free return, it was called beating bezos, teach him for not paying taxes, you could buy a cheap plastic plant pot for 10p, I used to use all the packaging to light my fire at home and just send the plant pot back, have a great weekend Tom
In a comercial building should you use a part P registered electrician?
As far as I know I can still work from the spur, because I'm not altering the circuits I believe I'm fine to work on it
Bet you have 3 shredded wheat for breakfast lol
Be careful when pressing Ts with the REMs has a tendency to f*ck them up. Overall it’s a good gun but if I had the chance to get a different gun again I would
Oh really, I've used the rems machines in the past and not had a problem, I will watch out for it, thanks for the support as always mate
@@PlumbLikeTom the jaws are quite close to the gun so can hit the tee and press it funny - done it a few times now which is very annoying as fittings aren’t that cheap!
Do you fit a non return vale on the secondary hot water return? .
Yes, there was one fitted, it is a requirement to have a single check valve fitted where it enters back into the cylinder
I've done a few domestic secondarily hot water with a pipe stat ,so it's not on all the time .
What ever happened to a cylinder with a header tank direct or indiect and vent goes through to header tank all that pressure rubbish not needed
I guess people just want more water pressure, in fairness this was a bungalow so the pressure on the showers would be shocking on gravity, thanks for watching mate
Do you do these jobs in London ?
I've never been to London, thanks for watching
