  • The implementation of a new immigration bill in Florida has prompted a significant exodus of migrant workers, causing a major impact on the state's workforce. Morning Joe reporter Daniela Pierre Bravo investigates the effects of the bill on the agriculture industry, highlighting the fear and uncertainty among immigrant workers. The consequences of this exodus could extend beyond individual cases, potentially leading to larger economic and labor concerns for the state.

Republicans don't like working, they only claim they do. It's the blue counties that voted for Biden that generate 3/4 of the country's GDP and subsidize the red counties. Whites who live in said red counties are actually the largest recipients of welfare and government aid. But yet, they're always crying about taxes and big government. The level of hypocrisy and ignorance with the republican base is just flabbergasting.

Illegal immigration is illegal immigration because you don't know who is coming into the country. You don't know their history and you don't know what they're going to bring,

I don't think he's/they're planning to sell the land to China. They've passed a law prohibiting Chinese, Russians, North Koreans, Iranians, etc from buying Floridian land. My biggest concern is that they're hoping to force the smaller farming families off their land and sell to rich people. Costs in the state have gotten crazy high recently and many native Floridians are struggling/leaving the state altogether. I left the state and have been doing much better both cost and policy wise.
