It's a great song! Clayman's got so many good songs! (Which can honestly be said about almost all of In Flames' albums.) If we're talking about different eras of In Flames, without just going album by album(or by band members), I personally think there are five eras of this band: - Lunar Strain, The Jester Race, Whoracle, Colony = The early years, very raw, but slowly refining the music for each album. - Clayman, Reroute to Remain, Soundtrack to Your Escape, Come Clarity = Thoroughly established their refined sound, and continue working with that. - A Sense of Purpose, Sounds of a Playground Fading = Getting a bit more experimental. - Siren Charms, Battles, I, the Mask = Continuing to experiment, but also leaning a bit towards a more "pop" sound. - Foregone = Taking all their previous experience and putting it into one hell of an album! (And hopefully more to come!) PS: The "Leonardo da Vinci thing" is called "the Vitruvian Man". :)
their Clayman album is nonstop, melodic riffs and harmonies overload, in an awesome way
Cool album
I am very thankful I grew up listening to this band in the early 2000s.

Colony is in my top 10 albums of all time. Clayman paved the way but is also it’s own great piece of work
I would say there are 3 eras, and now we are going into 4th (hopefully).

You should make playlists. It's really hard to find your content without them.
Best song of the album. The solo is by Chris Amott. Arch Enemy isn't the same without him.
Jeff Loomis is a beast.
