I think I will need one of these after I change my diff fluid down the road and add maybe some silicone earplug . They say to try it . I saw some guy boil the arrma wing mount for a couple minutes and it softened up . Anyways , yeah , the reason why I need this is because the fin gets banged up hard on concrete or asphalt if you were riding a wheelie and burning them gears , lol . Probably not the smartest thing but damn , this thing loves short grass and dirt . These Kratons even sound fierce . I thought something was wrong with mine but that’s how they sound . Like a race car , loud . The rlaarlo cf terminator is super quiet and smooth in comparison . It’s quieter than my hbx 16980sa with a 3s and that’s a screamer too but that rlaarlo is stealth for real . Mine came good . I was skeptical too
Hey Nolan be carfefull with that wheelie bar. I had gotten the same one for the exb only mine had red balls. anyway that wheelie bar you installed can rip out you entire buck head if your not careful. its very heavy duty and has some weight to it. unless your gonna get the HR metal buck head you be ok. But im telling you on a hard landing she will rip out your shock tower from bulk head. so just be careful on a wing landing or a flip on the wing you will see. I recommend just get the outcast wheelie bar and Def keep those RPM wing mounts they are the best. if they break RPM will replace them.
The whole back of the Kraton is a mess. If you go with a stronger wheelie/wing mounts you end up with broken screws in the tower. I broke screws twice, broke boht wheelie and wing mount (both stock, Arrma stuff). I will try 3d printed wing mount to have some flex, cause otherwise the impact goes to the tower, which is bad. I wonder if Arrma is actually testing their stuff :(
@@DeRock401 I do have the rpm wing mounts on this…..i think that’s a “must” otherwise you’ll just keep breaking them especially if you add a wheelie bar like this

Yeah I’ve got the RPM wing mounts on mine…..it’s a much needed upgrade to do….I don’t think Arrma tests their machines very thoroughly lol
Do you recomend the rpm arms for the slash 2wd? I mean i havent broken one but i'm sure i will in the future.
