i think that the most important thing to watch is the setter posture when he/she is about to touch the ball, not the percentage. (i guessed more times than you tho)
I agree with you "body form" is a good process for read the setter, but is still not enough at the international level, where most of the setters have a perfect "neutral posture". Initially on this video it was an analysis concern the "Jordyn form" but I moved away this part, because the video was to long 😉 if you are interested I can send you this part 👍🦾
