This defines my curls so well but I had a huge skin reaction after using it! My scalp is itchy and I got spots everywhere on my face now so I definitely recommend testing it on a little patch of hair and skin before putting it on your whole head.
Real the product is very a BAD one

bought this today i hope its as bomb as it seems. . .i don't have a curly type of hair i'd say my curl falls in the 2b kinda curl my daughter has the curly typa hair . . .i bought it coz she kept asking me why her hair aint like hers she doesn't undastan she has her fathers hair type. . .he just needs water and boom curls

what type you are? I'm 2c/3a and right now I'm watching all of your videos bc that line just arrive here in my country (dominican republic) and before I think of buying them I want to make sure they're not heavy on my hair, if not, i'm just losing money again :S
Laura Garcia I have 3a curls and this works great on my hair. I don’t use a lot though or else it weighs down my hair and makes it greasy. I pair it with a curl defining mousse.
The best thing to do is water down the gel before applying... This means putting a dollop of gel in your hand, spray water into your hand (or a quick swipe thru under the faucet), emulsify it (rub it together until it's blended) and then apply to your hair.

My hair is 3b/3c . I tried this product earlier it didn't work but a few pieces of my hair is curly already . It was dry so I think that's why I didn't work . any tips ?
In the video it looks her hair was wet when she applied it and made the curls. Then she blow dry it. It's been 3 months I hope you figured it :)

I’ve used this on my curls and it dries out my hair :(
Use a leave-in under it... Gels shouldn't be used on naked hair but for some, it works. Also, keep in mind that this gel has Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein and Rice Amino Acids so if you're impartial to proteins, that might be the reason it dried out your hair.
Maya Arroyo Burton I actually put some coconut oil and made sure to get every strand covered, and it’s actually amazing. I woke up with the curliest hair I’ve ever had so I definitely take my word back. I normally use Oliology Cocunut Curl Cream so I definitely think the coconut oil is needed for me.👌🏼 Thank you Maya!

Hey, how is it working for your hair now? I bought this product because of the good reviews. My hair looks amazing on the first day, but the second day looks dry, with a lot of frizz, my curls dont look the same :c ... My conclussion is that maybe it doesn't work for me, but this product cost me a lot. Pls tell me what to do.
