So far, Mahomes has established himself as an all-time great QB imo. But top 3 all-time? Let's see where the rest of his career goes first. I believe that he's had (arguably) the best 5-year stretch of any starter ever.
I didn't see Mahomes outplay Hurts. And I didn't see Reid outcoach Sirianni. What I did see was the fumble by Hurts for a TD, and the late two TDs by the Chiefs were on two blown Eagles defensive coverages. The Chiefs scored 21 points on three gift plays. The Hurts fumble was the difference in the game. You can't literally hand the Chiefs 7 points, and expect to win. They needed those 7 pts.
The thing about that play is that tbh if that doesn’t get called and kc has to hit a fg instead then Philly gets a TD we might have been talking about Mahomes a bit different.
I would definitely put him closer top top 2 and he's not 2. Don't care about how many rings Brady has. Brady has never played like this in his life. Always had a top 5 or better defense and stacked o line. Nobody waited to call Jordan the goat when he had two rings.
Everybody's all concerned about that holding call for Philadelphia to feel pretty lucky if you go back and looked at game the right tackle was jumping before the ball is ever hiked a lot and they had three or four times in the second half when the clock went 2-0 and they did not get called for that and the ball wasn't height when it turns Iero so you guys quit blaming one call that could have been a lot worse if Kansas City would have got those calls against the Philadelphia

I hate when they bust nuts over a QB coming right off the superbowl win. He has 2 Superbowls and is instantly top 3 QBs in history. Let his career finish first then start the comparisons. You know who they also used to bust nuts over A Rodgers and look how they treat him now just wait.
He has more superbowl wins then Aaron rodgers though
@@baseupp12 so is eli manning top 5 QB he has the same amount? I mean if we are going to ring count he is technically not top 3. You have
1. Brady 7
2. Montana 4
3. Bradshaw 4
4. Aikman 3
5. It is debatable because there are a lot of QBs with 2
@@Mike-er9td does eli also have 2 mvps
@@baseupp12 are you going to keep going to another stat after countering your argument. I mean you didn't bring mvps up till I matched your superbowls but hey I'll counter that too Peyton Manning has 2 Superbowls with 5 MVPs so he still ain't top 3. What's next player of the week awards.
@user-fr3is5vo1y I didn't say he was top 3 I was comparing him to Aaron rodgers and talking about how he was better than you brought up Eli and I told you how Mahomes is better than him
He’s arguably the most talented ever but he hasn’t reached the great status yet… to be the greatest it takes longevity. We’ll see where he’s at in another 6/7 years
Chilllll lol i understand we live in the moment and all that but we gotta stop disrespecting players who were consistent and elite for 10+ years by saying these dudes with such young careers better than them.
Mahomeboy is definitely on the way there but let’s let him get there first
By it being played in Arizona I wonder will they accept the final score.🏈🤔
“let’s go back in the script” lol now everybody using that word
Mahomes deal is the tell all, on whether he will be Jordan or not. 3 year deal, with a 7 year option. Year 5 is the out.
Mahomes the greatest ever
I think there is a solid argument for #3 behind Montana and Brady already, his numbers are so staggering good I think it's fair to put him above guys like Elway and Manning.
I think he'll probably pass Montana up pretty easy, but Brady? Brady sheer volume and sustainability of winning Brady achieved is just absurd, that's an almost impossible hill to climb. Especially since Brady knocked him out of the Superbowl in heads up play.
I think 10-12 years he can pass Brady as GOAT … Mahomes in that super bowl against brady had absolutely no offensive line and was up against a much better defense than Brady and still made 3 of the greatest throws i’ve ever witnessed 2 of them being potentially top 5
I think its unfair comparing his numbers to Peytons. Manning played in a much tougher era to score, during the 00's. I'm sure Peyton would have more than a dozen 5k yard seasons with todays pass happy style and 17 game season.
Troy Aikman and his 3 rings have entered the chat
Pat has 2 rings and has already surpassed Troy in TDs and he’s been playing only 6 years
@@WingsBanquet so then let’s talk when he gets 4 rings and passes Troy in the stat that matters most
@@check4ninobeige he’s a better qb than troy. It ain’t even close. I’m it a fan of either teams too lol. 6 years into the league and you think he work get more than 2? Don’t bet the under

1. Montana
2. Brady
3. Patrick
4. Bradshaw
5. Aikman
Yikes
In 10 years he'll be the GOAT. Even if he doesn't go to as many Super Bowls or wins as many Super Bowls as Tom Brady. His per game, regular season and playoff stats are off the charts!

Tomtrick Mahontana 🙏🏾
I feel like this a rivalry in the making

Same thing they said about Aaron Rodgers about 10 years ago right now they probably wouldn't put him as top 10.....slow down guys

How there’s literally no argument towards he not being at least top7
So far, Mahomes has established himself as an all-time great QB imo. But top 3 all-time? Let's see where the rest of his career goes first. I believe that he's had (arguably) the best 5-year stretch of any starter ever.
Wasn't Brady like 3-0 in SB's and 9-0 in the playoff's his first 4-5 years?
Top 3
Totally agree!
Only had QB and head coach better? What about TE Travis Kelce?
Top 3 quarterbacks in NFL history:
1) Tom Brady
2) Joe Montana
3) Patrick Mahomes
Hurts is amazing, on and off the field. He'll be back.
@@trumpwon8064 That depends on what exactly you mean by "candle wax" - unless we don't want to buy it
I didn't see Mahomes outplay Hurts.
Knock it off homie!!!!
He finally break the curse that even Brady couldn't even break it!! He is legit top 3!🔥🔥 Just a matter of time now.

The thing about that play is that tbh if that doesn’t get called and kc has to hit a fg instead then Philly gets a TD we might have been talking about Mahomes a bit different.
Welp.....we'll never know

True, or if KC goes for it instead of attempting a field goal or if Goedert doesn't get that call on 3 and 15.
@@FANCY__DADDY bradberry himself said it was flag, guess you know more than the guy committing the holding lol
I would definitely put him closer top top 2 and he's not 2. Don't care about how many rings Brady has. Brady has never played like this in his life. Always had a top 5 or better defense and stacked o line. Nobody waited to call Jordan the goat when he had two rings.
People underline how important that loss to Brady in the superbowl is. He can’t be the GOAT. Brady beat him.
Eli manning has 2 super bowls just saying
Everybody's all concerned about that holding call for Philadelphia to feel pretty lucky if you go back and looked at game the right tackle was jumping before the ball is ever hiked a lot and they had three or four times in the second half when the clock went 2-0 and they did not get called for that and the ball wasn't height when it turns Iero so you guys quit blaming one call that could have been a lot worse if Kansas City would have got those calls against the Philadelphia

Cant say enough about Andy Eric nd Spags .

@@brett2396 not Peyton man… If he keeps it up for 5-6 years, then possibly, but not yet
