That is awesome, Josh. I would never have thought to limit the daily pages like that. And I LOVE that stamp you had made. I'm going to check on that because that's what always keeps me from wanting to use pre-printed pages - my dailies. I don't want to re-write them every single day.
Thanks Patty! The single best thing about this setup is that it forces me to do the weekly review every single week. The stamp is wonderful. As you probably saw in the video, I don't necessarily tick off every single item every day, but I get to several of them every day and just seeing them every day really reinforces the routines for me. Definitely worth looking into. I also tried writing these things onto my day pages but they took up a lot of lines in the task list and it becomes so tedious to keep re-writing the same things day after day.
Ooh...there's that gorgeous binder! What size rings does it have? I need to try a time map like that. Those swirly things just confuse me. Yours is straight-forward and makes sense. And it's easy to follow.
I like this a lot. The pages aren't as pretty as your Franklin Planner pages, but it seems like they're more functional for you. I think I will be trying this exact setup, only with a big honkin' Monarch binder. I just have too many court hearings every day to be able to fit them all even in a Classic size.
Hi Josh! I have become a Josh addict out here in Chicago. But I have been wondering about something you mentioned in one of these videos---that you had tried GTD and...bombed out on it. But you never said why or what happened. I have ADD too and tried and tried GTD for years, and I have bombed out on it myself but am wondering about YOUR experience. I find all this stuff uber fascinating. Trish
Hi Joshua, where did you get the time map. I guess not on Philofaxy because i can not find them Can you link me to where the are from Thx greetings Rianne
Hi Rianne! I always just make up timemaps in excel and print, cut and punch for the binder. There are templates you can find if you do a search but they are not usually the right dimensions to fit on a filofax personal size page and often the hours don't cover my whole life due to my shift schedule. I don’t think that I saved the template but I'll take a look.

This setup is awesome in that it gives you the daily fine-tuning of day pages but without the bulk of months worth of daily pages in every day.
Do you archive the daily pages after the week is done? Just thought there might be needed info on the pages?!
I believe he answers this in his last video called ‘2014 Filofax Set-up in the Winchester” at around minute 4.

Hi, I just came across your video. Very informative. Where are the week-on -2-pages from? Are they from Day Timer as well? Thanks.
Those are Filofax lined weeklies
