The first video of Flex Magazine Bodybuilding Video Series. I used to watch this back in the 90s as a kid, wanting to be a bodybuilder. After rekindling my passion for bodybuilding and weight lifting, I've been purchasing the videos piece by piece. I think it's worth digitalizing before the videos degrade. I still watch it frequently, and keeps me motivated. I hope this will inspire you too.

Oh yeah, I spent years too. I spent 8 years, buying each tape. Some were cheap, but others were very expensive. But worthwhile to put on youtube for it's entertainment and instructional value. Plus, it shows what real aesthetics look like, and to show what chicken-legs Zyzz fans are missing.

Shawn was going super fast with those lateral raises because the weight was sort of heavy for him. Its funny because Kevin could of called him out on it but instead he made it seem like he was doing something good, with his aka 'rhythm' lol
