I've seen these in Nottingham! The one that comes to mind is at Rushcliffe Country Park, but there are outdoor gyms in other places, maybe there's even one in Mansfield.
@@karenfry421 Yes on many parks in the UK, I use them in my local park but never see anyone else on them, they are scattered allover the place here and in constant use.

A doctor told me that these devices are good for lumber and lower back pain too.Use them as much as possible when you are in China!
It'd be interesting to see what TCM treatments there are available for hip pain or how effective Chinese hospitals are in treating this condition
