Distress the seal to see if it's distressed
But it wasn't distress so stfu
The funny thing is, that kidnapped seal was deaf. 😂
Exactly my point.
Imagine a fish caught, unhooked, studied for a minute, then thrown back.
The fish would describe alien abduction and his friends would all dismiss him.
Is this the last stage of BUDS?
Such fun being in the company of a witty, zany guy having fun!
Government regulations actually forced them to do this nonsense. This is government overreach at work
They hate elon more than the government
Huh. If you could set your reference, that would be great. I would love to read about it.
Did he just expose himself with that alien part? 😂
Animal abuse for what?
Stupid government regulations
Government regulations to maintain balance in the ecosystem? Weird that they want to focus on the well being of our environment. @justlooking4202
Animal abuse? Chill out man, the seal got clubbed a year later, the headphones were the funny part of it's life.
There's more to this story than most people know. It's not for now, in a little while we'll understand better.
Elon the best he’s my fuckin hero man 😂💚💯💪👊
were any tests done on whales because of the disorientation caused by offshore windturbines?
Some people being rich is God's way of saying sorry
No way that seal got released
He means a navy SEAL
Now we have the backstory of Gerald the seal from Finding Dory.
That's sick and cruel
That's funny
That's sick
Trippy now! 😅😊
Did he just publicly admit that he committed a crime? 🤔
No he admitted the government forced them to do something that should have been a crime.
Only Psychopaths would laugh at experimenting with animals
You hit the nail on the head. I once had a manager (video on my channel) and he was the biggest fan boy of elon musk...
@@e6ensperception Musk is a part of the eugenics movement He is an ex WEF young leader
Though it seems unintentional I think you’re framing this very uncharitably, and utilizing the most commonly understood meaning of “animal experimentation” (I.e. to test and/or experiment with a developing technology or product on an animal to measure efficacy and safety in order to ensure future tests or use on/by humans is safer and adequate in the completion of its intended goal) to depict negatively what is in reality an attempt at reducing any impact or harm on the natural world, in this case these seals.
The technology being tested on the seal was not something that was designed to have any meaningful change on the animal or its environment, instead it’s quite literally the opposite. So when you say “animal experiments”, a term that generally implies concepts of harmful product testing meant to either physically or psychologically induce a potentially harmful change in said animal, although I can tell your intention is good and meant to compel feelings of defensiveness for the seals in question, the usage ends up realistically being slightly disingenuous.
The reasoning for removing them from their environment is to test these frequencies is instead intended to verify that this tech will NOT have any meaningful impact on them or where they naturally thrive, which I would argue someone who cares about animals should probably find a very necessary and important analysis.
Id say that it demonstrates that at least in this particular case, Elon does indeed give a shit about his products’ impact by making sure that what he develops does not disrupt or damage a habitat formed in nature, and instead is able to go undetected and operate harmlessly therefore allowing the seals to continue their life cycle as intended. Removing the animal from the water was only to confirm that that animal as well as all others of its kind would not suffer any form of negative reaction and could continue their lives normally, and as stated, even during the test the animal was notably calm, and not harmed or suffering any mental anguish either, and since said trial was done in order to protect the seals and confirm their continued health and well-being even after the implementation of the technology, so their wellness was the functional goal of the entire event, that they returned the animal as quickly as possible back to its home in order to cause the least discomfort possible, because any variable that would allow more negative impact on the animal than what they could practically control for would render the intent of the project null and void otherwise.
Regardless I do 100% agree there is endless incident to criticize Elon for, and despite my passioned defense of this specific action, please know I actually genuinely loathe the man- and think he is a fraudulent sniveling poser.
Im only commenting because I believe that factually this action is inarguably done with a positive goal in mind for these seals, and to point out that while this may not be it, there are literally endless examples of the man’s immorality that are solidly selfish, ignorant, immoral, or damaging to the world at large. Overall I tend to think that if you’re going to critique Elon, it will likely lend better ground to your argument to choose something that has less shaky or debatable ground in its morality, as generally that is a stronger basis for changing minds or simply making a solid point. It also allows for you to save your energy and compelling anger in solidarity with things that are probably much more deserving of it. But of course that’s your call to make! I guess I just wanted to make a suggestion, given that overall I find following it to help my social media rage meter at a manageable level. I don’t mean to suggest you’re in any way unable to do that on your own, either, just thought I’d offer an alternative angle to contemplate- sorry for any bother!
TLDR - This action was done to protect the seals and verify they would be unaffected, not experiment on them in order to test a products hopeful impact. So even though Elon sucks, maybe this isn’t the thing to critique him for, there’s definitely tons of shit he’s done that is super bad to save your energy to be angry over. Sorry to bother you and have a good night!

I agree
Excellent use of AI images.
That was actually the real image they took, for the seal with headphones
This is the same joke about aliens and anal probes as the joke on Joe Rogan’s newest special. Who ripped who off? 😅😅
After watching I don’t think he’s as smart as we give credit! Smart smart smart ppl don’t fumble words rather talk in their own language of words of intellectual understanding. He sounds like a whipper head aka laughing gas high guy fr !!!!!
made my day
Did he just admit to ilegaly capture a seal to make animal experiments on it?
Did you hear about the government
If the government tells you to do it it's not illegal. How explicit they were though is questionable
*Yo , today a bunch of aliens took me and put hairband on my head and that hairband was creating voices*
Seal's mom : *Jimmy did you again started to watch those movies*
Happy feet
😂😂
What abuse torture torment and kidnapping who is to say the seal is alive.
Wow 😅
Im sorry Elon- but 200+dB soundwaves are nothing like headphone audio. What did he learn? Nothing. What a nob
