The man is a genius. And he sang it in English so nothing would get lost in translation. Anyone that does not get his message is in denial. Period. It all really needed to be said.

The song is sung from the perspective of irresponsible people who are too lazy or stupid to use condoms but have an abortion. The video shows very clearly that Till wants to save the children from their parents here. But many go into the light. He then punishes such a mother with a head shot and takes one of the babies with him. The song is not against abortion, but against this kind of people who knowingly accept it instead of not letting it get that far in the first place.
A little tip: Everything that Till can't do with Rammstein, he does alone as Lindemann. So if you thought Rammstein was the limit. Look at more of Lindemann. 😁

The guy on piano is Peter Tagtgren of Swedish metal band Hypocrisy. He owns Abyss Studios which is pretty much the Mecca of heavy metal bands around the world. I actually ran into him once in a grocery store parking lot like 15 years ago here in the US and about had a heart attack.
I saw him play live during a Hypocrisy show about 17 years ago. His face is one you don't forget

A heavy song, with very disturbing lyrics.
Absolutely one of the most disturbing videos ever but at the same time its such an incredible creative dark art. I totally love it, also the story behind this song. Just one of these rare beauties but also best only for adult audience.
If you're worried about what Til's kids think of this...when asked he replied with typical wit, "They got their own back, they're Coldplay fans".
Also, the band's called Lindemann but please credit the wonderful Peter Tatdgren for all of the music; he composes and plays everything, even the drums. (Shown playing keyboards in the video)
Sadly Peter and Til recently decided to part ways but I'm guessing that's because they created 2 excellent albums that probably can't be topped.
I was lucky enough to see them live in March last year (in London) - my last concert before everything closed down over here. Fortunately, just about the best gig I've ever been to...and I'm 57.
I actually flew from Chicago to Mexico City to see the first show from Lindemann on New Years 2020. Glad I went!! So much fun!!
Well, this is an introduction to the world of Lindemann. About the song, this song is not about abortion, it is about the irresponsibility of some parents to have children when they should not because of their economic situation (And is inspierd by a friend of Till) . Some recommendations (Believe me, you won't regret it): Platz Eins, Frau & Mann, Yukon, Home sweet home (a very sad song for Till), Golden Shower, That's my heart and Knebel. React to official audios and videos, since there are live versions but of very poor quality still
Oh another really nice reaction video, and with the awesome clearly artistic Till Lindemann. I love that you guys do reactions to videos that most other reactors would be too scared to even touch with a 10 feet pole. Keep up the awesome rockin reactions

A view into the the mind of Till Lindemann! It's not a solo project though. It's a collaboration with swedish metal guitarist Peter Tägtgren from Hypocrisy and Pain. There are some great videos out there. Steh Auf which features he famous swedish actor Peter Stormare. Hilarious. He's in another video too, Frau und Mann! You can't go wrong with Lindemann!

You should react to some Peter Tägtgren bands : Hypocrisy (death metal), Pain (indus metal). Excellent artist, he is a multi-instrumentalist. He plays everything in Lindemann.
I have a phobia for pigs so this video was so shocking to me in different ways until I saw the making of and knew the thrown piglets were silicone made, that and watching the makeup process made me less shocked (since no real pigs are shown my phobia calmed a little bit) hahaha

Some of my mates came round and watched/listened to Praise Abort and didn’t get it at all. It’s blatantly obvious what the lyrics mean. They were so disgusted by the video they forgot what the song actually means.

I took a massive amount of verbal abuse from my mother. She would hold me down and yell, “I hate you, I wish you were never born, and I should have had an abortion”. And then more but... ok so I love this song. I feel like a love song to my mother. I do love my mother in spite of all over that. I miss her dearly. I know this song will be hard for so many to understand and appreciate. But I love it. Heavy Metal is not my main music. I knew Dimebag as Darrell before he was famous. I turned down a Job he offered me. I was afraid of more drugs being near me. I find myself falling in love with more harder rock... heavy metal. I love Rammstein and Till. My other hard rock is AC/DC, scorpions, The Alice Cooper Band. and I miss beers with Darrell. I feel an artistic expression in response to all of this coming on. I am a photographer and I play some Bass.
