Rammstein always kept Till in check, you cannot let that man walk alone, otherwise he'll end up with videos/ songs like this one. In German we call a guy like Till acts in this song a Schwein (pig) another word could be an asshole. ;D I don't think its humor, it's to provoke. And I think a provocation is a good thing, cause it can change things to a better one. Rammstein is provocation and Lindemann too I Love it.

So the song isn't pro abortion its also not totally anti abortion, but its more about how selfish it can be. Like he complains about everything in his life even though at the start he admits he does it because he likes it, instead of trying to take care of his kids he wishes they just didn't exist and at the end instead of letting a mother take care of the child he just kills her because presumably it is less convenient for him.
Your massive pausing makes it unbearable to watch, Jesus Effing Christ.
It gets easier with newer videos...I try and learn to hold myself back from more pausing, to find a perfect balance...even Jesus would start cursing on watching this one😂
