    LYRICS:
When you look through hollow eyes
And you see the world turn
    Walk away from paradise
    Watch the crimson flames burn
When you’re lost on darkest nights
    ‘Cause there is no rainbow
How to choose your left from right
    Like a slow blue tango
    Dressed to kill
    But not to thrill
    Gets you nowhere
Come on and rock my soul
    Don’t walk the line
Come on and rock my soul
    Sweet valentine
    No more cryin’
    No more tears
Come on and rock my soul
    Don’t lose your mind
    There’s a pain you’re reeling in
    You don’t let it show
Well it’s not a deadly sin
    You won’t let it go
Get you down and you can’t sleep
    Almost every black night
‘Cause you’re sinking far too deep
    Really out of your sight
    You decide
    You’re pacified
    Gets you somewhere
When you talk and feel the pain
    Then you’re almost lost
And you think it’s all in vain
    There’s nowhere to cross

After all those those years still one of the most underrated Bands ever! Bob Catley's voice is still fantastic and Tony Clarkin has always had that certain feeling how a song should sound like. Honest music full of emotion, that's Magnum. I came to know Magnum as a kid sometime back in 1985, and they would rock me away from the first note on. "Blue Tango" has that certain kind. Could have been written in 1972, but it's Magnum in 2023! Real music never dies.

Solid rocker from the guys. It may not be a particularly deep or epic song but for me a single should be something that gets the toe tapping or something to slow dance to with your partner. This is just an infectious, good vibe rocker and they all sound great. Looking forward to the new album all the more now.
