Bob, You are sooooo inspiring! I'm living in Germany and I loooove your tutorials. But the greatest of all are the FUN you show and your cooool and funny comments. Go on !!! Laughing while painting, yeah!!!
The more wrinkles the better! You're my kind of artist with your manly brushes. I'm drawn to texture like a fish is to water. I love your unfinished panel on the wall. Too cool!
Bob, you have taken my art to its next level with your instruction. I’m having more fun creating my art than ever. I also introduced a friend to your channel and she is hooked!! We hope to be able to take a live class and meeting you in the near future. Thank you so much for sharing your talent to us artist and the world! Johnny Beck
I’m enjoying seeing you again, Bob. Even though I’ve been to a bunch-well, 6 workshops-I didn’t know you are on RUclips these days. Thanks loads for all your really cool ideas. Helps get the juices flowing!
Hi Bob....I have viewed many of your videos. Your talent and teaching methods are amazing! Thank you for taking the time to make these and am looking forward to your future lessons!!
Weird - just this morning on Cheap Joe's I ordered Bob's color wheel, composition chart, and Kilmanjaro watercolor paper, lol. THEN this video. Better get some Gesso!
Thank you for sharing your wrinkles, personally I find them fascinating, neat stencil tip..even the word GESSO is lovely...have fun and colour that sand pit 🙆
Bob’s workshops I went to not only changed the way I do my art, but the way I see art and feel my painting as well. Not workshops that put you to sleep, but fun and active all the way.You won’t be sorry you went! Put more joy and laughter into your painting! Go sign up now!
Love your enthusiasm. Great tips...I've learned so much. I live in the UK and would love one of your colour wheels. Can I get one over here, or do I have to import one from Cheap Joes. I have a feeling that I would have to pay quite a lot in p&p and then 20 % import tax. Fingers crossed. Also, do you know if there is a similar paper to Kilimanjaro in the UK. Thank you in advance.
Curious if you've used cotton rag museum mount board instead of watercolour paper? Thing is it comes in good sized sheets, its archival and its thicker than watercolour paper so doesn't buckle so much. I'm surprised that its not used more often. Enjoying your channel. Thanks.
The sense of humor gets my subscription before I've even watched the whole thing....
And I love gesso and bubble wrap!!!!
I love watching your videos, Bob. You are such a good teacher.
Thank you!

Bob, (or anyone) I need help... How do you make gesso from the gesso powder? I am used to buckets pre-made.
did anyone ever answer your question?
Do you ever do this texturing on Canvas?
Super ; thank you guy :-)
Jammer dat u geen nederlands spreekt, verder leuk om te zien.bedankt hiervoor.

I used a wasps nest for texturing once. Sounds crazy but it worked.
Can you mix paint with your textures?

If u r going to use acrylic paint why don’t u just paint on the canvas? Thanks
Oh great, I dropped my pacifier....acid free tissue paper? I'm still here, I might start to like baby talk.

Pick up that damn big glob of texture, that you dropped, into the bucket. Wow, so much wasted. Damn Bob.
