My husband is good at cooking, but sometimes I can't eat his food because I see that he doesn't clean up much after cooking. Sometimes he doesn't wash the vegetables much because he thinks that cooking will kill the germs. No matter how delicious the food is, if I see the cooking area dirty, I lose my appetite. Thank you, Richard, for this. I didn't realize that hydrogen peroxide can kill bacteria.

Traditional talaga ang pork spare ribs sa pork sinigang, cut up in one to two inch pieces for easy eating. My favorite addition too is gabi or taro to give the broth thickness (malapot) . Sometimes I'll use pork or beef pata for the collagen if available kasi dito sa Texas may kahirapan bilhin itong exotic meat cuts.

Matagal ko na itong napanood at inulit ko ulit ngayon kasi iluluto ko for my family. Masarap nga spare ribs for nilaga kasi my buto at malasa. Bka dagdagan ko ng gabi pg meron. Wala kamin pechay dito so baka bokchoy n lng. Thanks for the tips! Mukha ngang masarap at hindi ganon kahirap gawin!

Maganda yang pinapakita mo na, while cooking, you're using a separate spoon to taste the food. Bukod sa masarap na, malinis pa. Tularan sana ng mga hindi ginagawa iyan. 🥄
