- Опубликовано: 27 сен 2024
- Back in the 80's, I was able to try Aling Lucing's Sisig in Pampanga. And I never forgot how delectable it tasted. It's truly the best Sisig I've tried.
Today, I will share with you my own take of this popular Kapampangan Sisig.
The ingredients are
Doña Elena Pomace
Pork
Chicken's heart
Salt
Vinegar
Pepper
Onion
Chili

Your daughter is lovely and so down to earth. Walang arte.
I agree Wendy 🤓👍
I agree!!! She’s so genuine, like the parents😘❤️

Korek ka dyan
Sabay ra pod unsay pag kaon..bataa
eto literal na mayaman, pero di mo makikitaan talaga ng kaartehan unlike ng ibang anak ng artista.
Richard is such a gentleman. It shows on how he is to her daughter nakakatuwa at nakakawarm haaayst sana all
Thank you for paying homage to an original Kapampangan dish, happy po ako Sir that you and your beautiful daughter Julianna loves it. I love watching your videos, keep it up and God bless
Beautiful daughter and handsome dad , nice bonding sir Richard nice of your daughter to joined you always , keep it up sir always humbled Keep safe you guys and God Bless!
This is the way a father should treasure every moment with his children. Simple yet always full of memories and lessons.

Awesome. Love it.
Bait tingnan ni Juliana, sarap lhat ng niluluto ni Goma.
Sir Richard. Spanish bangus o adobong bangus naman po… 😊
Juliana is so cute and natural. She's the perfect blend of her Mom and Dad. It's so refreshing seeing her in front of the camera with Goma.
Kalami sa Inyo kaon...good food, good father and daughter bonding...Juliana is so simply beautiful growing lady ...manang mana sa mga magulang ang kagandahan...keep it up Mayor Goma,,,God bless po 🙏
I love the bonding of father and daughter cooking show style 😁
Juliana knows how to do kitchen stuffs. 😘 She's also beautiful 😍
He`s a happy man.. but too much of anything is bad🙂. I will never want to be with someone or a dad with an inflated sense of their own importance. Mr. Gomez thinks he's still a big deal infront of the cam.
How precious! Juliana is a sweetheart - raised well by her wonderful parents! ❤️ I wish I had this relationship with my dad.
Hi. Hello po sir richard. NAnonood. Po ako sa mga. Iloloto. .mo po you ar. My idol. Sir

I'm watching your show how to cook sisig I like it the way you cook sisig I'm Lathrop Ca.Usa
I see the respect&love between father and daughter and so calm lang -no pretense. - so special and rare. The sisig looks delish!
😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤.how i enjoy watching father and daugther tandem cooking.
Mayor, the video is extra special because you were with your daughter. I can see the bonding is real, and I can tell that you have raised Juliana with good manners and respect.
It’s so delighful to watch you Goma with your “twin sister” 😁✌️ she’s so cute.
ngayon lang ako nakakita ng pagluto ng sisig na walang mayonnaise pero grabeee parang ang sarap sarap . Itry kong lutuin sa bahay. thanks for sharing your talent in cooking Mayor now Congressman Sir.. Love your family..very ideal
.
Can't agree more...even m, I prefer to cook sisig without any egg or mayo
Oring po na sisig kapampangan wala itlog o mayonaise
I love sisig, but I love watching the father and daughter tandem more. Congrats Lucy and Goma for raising a very beautiful daughter inside and out.
I love this Goma. Ur child and your cooking, with the spontaneous and casual dinning, nourishes 'tagos sa buto or puso'. They can call this whatevr they want, but more than the cooking skills and the advertisement, this was just beautiful to watch.
As a Kapampangan and local of Angeles City, who grew up eating and loving the taste of original sisig.. i was hesistant at first to watch this episode thinking i would be disappointed if Sir Richard will put egg and mayo.. But, I felt proud while watching the first part as Sir Richard telling the ordinance here about sisig recipe which some people don't know, and his experiences here in Angeles City.
Salamat po Sir Richard sa pagluto ng authentic Kapampangan Sisig. Sarap niyan.🌷🌷🌷🌷
I'm from Guam, but now in Tennessee... I love how you place recipe at the end... It's just perfect to go on to your next video ...Video's I watched has my favorite Pilipino food as my neighbor use to cook and just love the smell when I walk in...Thank you sooo much for sharing the great golden days of my life.
I’ve been a fan of Goma at Home since day 1 and I really admire Sir Richard’s recipes and way of cooking and educating us with a bit of history and celebrity, it’s so refreshing 😍 Can I also mention how I am so envy of his relationship to his daughter Juliana, I’m also only daughter but my father died when I’m 4yrs old that’s why I hope someday when I have my own children they’ll have this close relationship to their father 😍 more power to your channel Sir Goma and more blessing to your very humble family ❤️🙏🏼
He`s a happy man.. but too much of anything is bad🙂. I will never want to be with someone or a dad with an inflated sense of their own importance. Mr. Gomez thinks he's still a big deal infront of the cam.
As a Kapampangan...it's nice to see you make Sisig. This is so close to the original that I can almost taste it 😋. Keep sharing recipes! My husband and I never miss an episode. Greetings from Vancouver 🇨🇦🍁
Rating this sisig 3 stars. Close to Kapampangan version less the olive oil, super daming paminta n vinegar is a no no.
@@bellem4458 I agree. But I think he had to incorporate the Olive oil as its probably one of the sponsors 😊 but I was happy to see he added chicken liver and didn't add egg 😊
Ang sarap nyan idol mayor richard ,and julia.happy valentine ,mayor richard and beautiful julia.
@@bellem4458 pinagshashabu mo Belle
@@bellem4458 no one ask your opinion. did you see that he's preparing a big batch of sisig?
Juliana is a good daughter and a very intelligent and so respectful and down to earth person. You can see in her actions.
Juliana is so lovely 😍 thank you Goma for sticking to the authentic sisig ingredients and pagluto. Thank you Aling Lucing 🙏
I have a 3 year old daughter and i hope i could have the opportunity to do this with her in the future.
Father and daughter bonding ❤❤
I look forward to this every weekend ….. and It’s so heartwarming seeing them -- a father and daughter tandem cooking together !! 💜🙏
Yes she’s gorgeous!
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍❤❤❤
Father and daughter bonding ❤❤❤ More cooking session with Juliana 😍😍
As a Kapampangan po, ang ginagamit namin ay butter/margarine kapag sinisizzle na sya instead of cooking oil. Mas masarap po, try it next time :) and it doesn't have to be too vinegary, depends po sa gustong timpla ng tao :) pero you did a great job po Mr. Goma :)
Alwa neng version yan 🤣

hehe kaya ku mu ikit ing sisig atin yang aslam 😆

Been looking for a sisig recipe for so long and ito lang pala.. nasan ako 11 months ago? Susubok ulit ako.. thank you Goma 😍.. Juliana is so sweet 🥰
Hi Richard, am also from Angeles like your friend, Joey Marquez.
My favorite and best kapampangan sisig, which my family introduced me to when I came home is located on the highway of Angeles proper. I just forgot the name of the resto. If I remember it, I'll run it by you.
Happy cooking!
Love the emphasis on the role of the liver for bringing this version of sisig of yours as close as possible to the Kapampangan’s.
Love your vlog. Juliana seems to be the "real" well-raised kid. 🙂
very nice sisig i always follow your vlog sir /maam juliana godbless
Been watching most of your recipes Sir Goma.
What I love most is how you make your recipes authentic and simple. You have side stories on the recipes you are making plus love the wonderful bonding of you with Julia and Lucy while cooking👌
I was so impressed and naka kuha ako ng idea kung paano lutuin ang pork sisig with using chicken 💖Thank u cong. gomez for this lovely vlog... We love and we are still supporting you.. Hopefully that can I make own vlog with cooking... -Palompon Leyte. Solid Goma here

We Kapampangans miss the famous "Crossing" where Aling Lucing's Sisig is located, the smoke from all the grills just made it unique. You nailed it and thank you for letting everyone know the original ingredients of our "Sisig" meal. There is another version, but you need to try it out first at Mila's Tokwa't Baboy it's in Angeles City as well.
I will try to make sisig your version it seems so easy to make! So yummy😋

Very interesting episode for making Authentic Sisig.. Thanks for the idea how to make Sisig ala Kapampangan without using Mayo.
Always enjoying watching Goma at Home, Mayor... More Power .. Much love.. God bless ❤️
Greetings from Dubai UAE 🇦🇪
Hey Mayor. It's so great to see the Boss helping out with such a fantastic recipe. Looks like Alexander was sniffing around for some as well! As usual, thanks Mayor. More onions please!!!
wow i like the bonding between father and daughter and that's make your cooking very special, always happy family...God Bless... 👍
Sir.Richard lahat ng mga ni luluto mo na kaka gutom na pupuyat ako sa kaka nod at yong iba na luto kuna lahat masarap lalo nah itong sisig sarap thank you 🙏
It is amazing that you really took an effort to learn what the original sisig is all about. I am a Capampangan, and it is sad to know that a lot of commercial establishments always claim that they are cooking the original sisig, but to no avail.
I have a friend who's a Kapampangan and she makes super yummy sisig!! So this is the way to do her sisig..now I know! 😊 I'll make this on the summer time here in Canada 😍 Thank you for sharing the recipe! ♥️
I'm mesmerized at how down to earth Juliana is. Thanks for this recipe. Been looking for pinoy recipes that are closer to their original versions, without those powder mixes that are popularly available in the groceries.
I drooled. Ginutom ako. I can almost taste your Sisig. Totally enjoyed this episode with your daughter. You are both so natural. Every episode naman is enjoyable because you know what you're talking about. It can be seen you're enjoying what you're doing. Stay as you are. Now, I have to search where to order good Sisig in my area. Ang sarap ng kain nyong mag ama e.
I love watching you prep and cook, along with history of the Filipino dish. I am relearning a bit of my language. Sigsig looks totally delicious with the liver. Thank you from Dallas, Tx.
Thank you for teaching me how to do Sisig, I've looking for an easier version of that recipe and now I finally know how to do it. Thank you so much and happy Valentine's 😊 😃
Thank you for sharing the best way to cook sisig, the pampangeno way. Your vlog is more enjoyable to watch, when you are joined by daughter, juliana..
Please continue cooking goma!
Marunong ka na rin mag bisaya ha 😊
Nakakatuwang marinig na you call juliana, day hehehe
Thank you for sharing your version of Kapampangan Sisig 😋! I love it. Happy V-day ❤️ to the 3 of you.
Goma, what a precious moment to spend time bonding with your beautiful daughter, and most of all preparing filipino's favorite dish. Thanks for sharing with us how easy , laborious process to come into fruition. It all comes to the final taste, and enjoyment of those who partake it. Very hungry, watching your episode from an old retired Navy, stuck home taking care of the house, 5 dogs and a 91 year old mom. Stay safe and God bless
Thanks Richard for showing us true kapangpangan sisig. After all these years. Dapat keep talaga ang tradition.
Srap tlga ng luto ng mga kapampangan d tipid s ingredients khit anung luto patok 😍😍

I’m so happy and entertained by you, father and daughter tandem, you both love to cook and to eat. Sana lahat ng magama katulad ninyo. I like your cooking style Goma, very authentic. Cheers
Feel ko talaga yung pagiging down to earth, respectful and loving daughter ni Juliana..yung kahit Unica hija hindi spoiled brat and maarte..sobrang matured mag isip dama mo yung pagiging responsable at marunong makisama..
Thank you for explaining and appreciating the original sisig kapampangan without Mayo and egg! 😊❤️

The best! We were once neighbors in Lawaan, San Antonio Village ( Velante' apt. and your apartment was the opposite of Mr. Anarna). You used to play basketball right off the street. Those were good Congrats!

Goma more than anything else I how you & your daughter shares your sisig with so much fatherly love…💕 you make me missed my Tatay…, I ll try your version of sisig… love from Miami ♥️🙏🏼♥️
This is how exactly my family in Pampanga do the sisig. Sometimes, mostly during holidays, we would make a big batch. Portion it to serving sizes and freeze it. Will just pan fry it + serve it in sizzling plate if may visitors or post holiday meal nadin. Will just throw in onions upon serving. Thank you Goma at Home! Sarap mag reminisce.
Thank you for sharing other version of sisig Mr.R. Guitierrez. One of my favorite.
I will try to cook it.My brothers always prepare sisig during special occasion. We will try this new version.
Thank you I’ve been here in US for 30 years and I just now learned to really make sisig and the way yo made it looks so yummy
Love to see this recipe. With loving dad and daughter. Juliana is so beautiful. Finest lady. Like her Mom.
