    Nice work and awesome studio btw...
    Love the tactile interface of the DRM1, you tweaked it well!

    nice, you're getting a great sound out of the DRM1. There's so many analogue drum options at present, DSI, Jomox, MFB, Acidlab... are you still liking your DRM1? Do you find the analogue sound is much nicer than samples and/or software drums or much the same or worse in your opinion?

    Tanzbar is flimsy. Mine broke in transit. Refund from seller forthcoming. I am going to sell my MSR 2 and use the refund to buy an Elektron RTYM; It's like Tanzbar but better built with more options. I want this too though. I want to get into making Techno of varying genres.

    What did you use to get the final sound?

    • @woodmanmusic7867
      @woodmanmusic7867  8 лет назад

      The sound went from the console to ableton live (compressor, limiter)

    what are you using to sequence the DRM mkIII?

    • @woodmanmusic7867
      @woodmanmusic7867  8 лет назад

      Ableton live sends midi to the DRM. Thanks for asking!

      With what sound interface?

    • @woodmanmusic7867
      @woodmanmusic7867  8 лет назад

      +Frank Haag it's an RME Fireface UC

      +WoodmanMusic Reason I ask, is because I'm having trouble with the precision of tightness... your snares seem to hit the kick just fine and super tight. I use a RME fire face 400 and I also tried it sequence with a Korg ER-1 but same problem. Brought the DRM back to the store, got a new one, but same problem. Used different computer, different midi cables... I don't get it. Tried everything.

      +Frank Haag If you already tried another sequencer and another DRM, I can't think of anything else to try from the top of my head. I hope you find a solution!
