    Honestly in the USA it is a law and impossible to leave the ONLY state that can pull if off is Texas but even then if is a high likely chance it will fail once you are in you can't leave and even tho ppl like to say it can happen it can't plus I don't think the majority of Americans would be to happy of leaving the union as a person from Chicago Illinois I very much love my country and state and I would HATE for my state to leave but we never had a separatist movement in Illinois because we are happy of where we are now

    No one wants to mention the most successful secession in the US was Philippines, which was a US territory?

    • @youcantalwaysgetwhatyouwan6687
      @youcantalwaysgetwhatyouwan6687 6 лет назад +1

      Philippines is not an incorporated Territory that's why they have a right to become and independent. the country was never been part of the US (but a US Territory only) All the sessionist what was mentioned on the video are impossible except for Puerto Rico. US xongress does not Barred them from declaring independence because they are not part of the US

      It was occupied by Japan before independence, but after WWII, Japan was forced to release all occupied land. That included the Philippines.

    Hawaii will be the first state to secede from the union. Mark my words. It's gonna be Hawaii because of the fucked up history of Hawaii.

    What is cascadia supposed to do? They will have America and Canada right at their door step. Not a wise decision.

    • @435American
      @435American  6 лет назад +2

      None of the movements mentioned have a chance of succeeding unless their inhabitants democratically vote to secede. I find California’s movement the most unlikely (even more so than Cascadia) as the U.S. definitely doesn’t want to lose their economic activity.

      Jerry Gaming the Cascadia secession movement is primarily based on the area trying to preserve the environment there and prevent global warming. And the fact that the democratic states of Washington and Oregon are unhappy with most of Trump’s decisions.
