    Is it normal for the transverse process of c1 to feel larger on one side?

    C2 is at the angle of the mandible?

      C2 is the first processes that you are able to palpate as C1 is too deep. As such you don't really need any topographic reference :)

      What do you mean, diagnosed with cervical spine? Everybody has a cervical spine?
