I got a lot of pain when palpitating in the biceps Groove with a limited range of movement. The doctor keeps prescribing these exercise of crawling up the wall with your fingers which only makes the pain worse. Exterior rotation is also almost impossible without severe pain. I feel like the exercises are making me lose range of motion and causing more pain. Should I see another doctor? I believe it's overuse syndrome from flinging a billion Bagels , but he's calling it adhesive capsulitis.
Honestly I would just go to a physiotherapist who can take a look at it a bit more deeply than the doctor probably does. Adhesive capsulitis usually has most impaired movement in 3 directions. Specifically Exorotation > Abduction > Endorotation, Exorotation being the most impaired and then going down with the other movements. So maybe check if these movements are also impaired and painful. Pain in the biceps groove could always be a result of compenstation with your shoulder or just an effect of already having an injury in your shoulder. Passive exorotation shouldnt give pain in the biceps area if it would only be a inflammation of your long bicep tendon. If it indeed would be adhesive capsulitis then doing some wall crawls is not going to fix much.. Buttom line go see physio that can do a complete should examination :)
@@TheShpijtkop went to see another physiotherapist asked her why I could not exterior rotate the left arm. She examined me and said I don't know. Then she wanted me to do the same exercises the other physical therapist did, to cause the frozen shoulder. I Watched a RUclips video about a millionaire, and how he made his millions. He said most people go to work, look around and do what everyone else is doing, to make a living and he does the same thing. Never asking if any of these people actually know what the f they're doing. He said this is the first thing you should ask if you want to be a millionaire. Do any of these physical therapist actually know what they're doing? I found a physical therapist in the UK that was different than the ones in the United States. She said if I cannot rotate my arm, I will not be able to raise my arm above my head and I shouldn't try any exercises above the shoulder, to do so or will damaged tendons and ligaments. Unfortunately I have no way to get to the UK, I am in Michigan. Hold your arm straight out to the side, Palm down and try to lift your arm above your head. You cannot do it without rotating your arm. The arm is interior rotated and no one can tell me how to fix it.
Great video
