    You can cut up onion and peppers and put them in the freezer. I also do that with fruit so it don't go bad.

    There's so much pressure to get back to normal after a baby, not just from society but from ourselves too. But understand what your body has gone through, don't rush. Your body goes through a lot and it's ok to rest. Your body needs it. Going back to the gym so quickly is fine if you feel OK but not for everyone. Taking the time to heal is so important ❤

    I'm glad your back making weekly vlogs. I started going back to the gym 2 months ago & I'm lovin it. ❤ Hope ur doing well. I buy a few different berries at a time & eat them right away. I got blueberries & raspberries. I just ate a whole bunch of raspberries.

    Good job sorting that out. Birth is sacred and that includes all phases for us to Enjoy. Appreciate and Feel. It’s a miracle…and no part really should be rushed. Otherwise we pay for it later somehow.
    My first birth I would up with a tear. That postpartum was intense…and a natural hospital birth. My second I decided homebirth is the way to go. I was right. Enjoy. Good discipline working those core muscles regularly.

    You get more nutrients when you buy frozen vegetables and fruit because they pick them wash and then they freeze them and with fresh fruit and vegetables that don’t have a lots of nutrients because the nutrients get less and less with shipping them etc. I am buying frozen vegetables and fruit now. xxx

    I'm vegetarian but want to ask how is journey eating vegan? What do you take for b12, iron, and calcium? Do you have low iron?

    Heard joni eggs\ vaginal eggs are very good for pelvic floor, they come in different sizes for progressions, i think most are a bit over marble sized, to keep it in, with squeezing and training those muscles. Probably good for post partum when everything is stretched out in those areas. Maybe look into it a bit, if it resonates. 🤷🏽‍♂️👨🏽‍🏫
