I saw a comment response years ago on an old Ronnie Coleman training/eating vid. Someone asks “how does he shit? He doesn’t eat any veggies?”. And someone responds “he doesn’t shit, it all goes to his muscles.”

@@williammiller6410 fiber is the food for intestinal microbiota, and searchers keeps finding new reasons for why it's important for general health (mental health, immunity and more) to have an "healthy" microbiota. So fiber will improve gains as you'll feel and be in better shape.

In hindsight, Juji looks really uncomfortable here. He doesn't even want to look at Tom and when he does, he looks like he wants to murder him. He definitely knew at that point and maybe he was planning to confront Tom at some point after this video was released. He probably went along with the filming because they had it scheduled and maybe weren't ready to confront Tom at this point.

im just wondering what happened? i've been watching juji from the go, but i havent watched it for at least a year. what did tom do?
It is painful watching this, definitely. It is clear that there is not a violent bone in Juji's body, Tom on the other hand is like a coiled spring, full of poison and tension and those eyes! Juji's natural flamboyance, good nature and energy is so subdued, he is just going through the motions, hoping not to trigger off the elephant in the room that is Tom's anger. This video should be shown on psychology classes as an example of abuser and abused behaviour, trying to act normal for the camera. So happy that Juji has put this toxic individual behind him. I hope that Tom gets the help he needs, although in this age I serious doubt he will pull out of the spiral until he hits rock bottom.

It’s no secret he’s struggled with addiction in the past, even talking about coke addiction in some videos, and is known to have outbursts of anger when confronted about it. I hope he gets all the help he needs because addiction has a massive genetic factor and he needs to get back on track. Hope juju isn’t too hard hit from this.... check the comments on his recent vid

Lots of fruits are also vegetables. Two different terms from two different worlds. A vegetable is defined as ""any plant, part of which is used for food". Whereas a fruit is specific in that it's a seed pod from a plant.

Here in the UK we have a tradition of comedy double acts, from presenting mundane baking shows to the live circuit - they're everywhere. Whether that be Mitchell & Webb, playing up to their own archetypes across sitcoms - or the surreal nature of Reeves & Mortimer. Just like Juji & Tom, you can tell when it works and when it doesn't.
But for every long standing, successful partnership there are equally as many that burnout or split up acrimoniously. Adam & Joe were a staple across the TV in the 90s, before going on to present an award winning radio show in the 00s - but soon after they stopped working together and stopped talking. These were two guys, just like Juji and Tom, that had been friends since they were teenagers. Over that time the competition to out do each other had almost consumed their personal relationship, and they went on to do different projects in completely different fields.
What they needed was time out to refresh, and to contemplate everything they had actually achieved together. Whilst they don't regularly work together anymore, they still appear regularly on podcasts and if anything seem the happiest they have done in years.
Whilst I'm optimistic this isn't the end of the channel, I feel it's probably the end of the partnership between Juji and Tom. To us it seemed to work perfectly, the insanely jacked dude working with his unfit friend - helping to give perspective to what we had just witnessed from Juji. But I guess it takes its toll, especially as Tom has grown into more prominence within the channel, from bit part player to being second billing to Jon. I cannot imagine how difficult it must be to not only have to film with each other practically everyday, but deal with your own egos and lives as well - not to mention the fact they own a business together. It's probably built up a lot of resentment and bitterness that finally came to a head.
This for the time being it has to be said is just speculation, maybe something else has happened that we haven't learned about yet. But my only hope is that this rift hasn't completely destroyed their friendship, and that maybe in time the channel will come back to what it was before this unannounced break. Maybe they just need the time to realise how far they've come and what they've achieved together.
What I'm trying to say is, thanks for the good times, lads. Adios.

Micronutrients: which can be accessed from eating organs and animal fats.
Antioxidants: Intense exercise, coffee, Hot/cold therapy.
Vegetables only became large part of the human diet with the advent of agriculture. We evolved for hundreds of thousands of years without them and are well adapted to thrive without them.

I’m on 2,000 calorie diet and literally eat like 300 plus grams of veggies a meal because they are very staiating. A few months ago I did a really intense shred/cut where some days I was only eating 1,200-1,500 calories a day and the only way I survived it was by having very low calories dense foods like veggies and egg whites.
Me too. I lost 31 lb in 6 weeks by eating veggies, eggs and potatoes

If you take my onions and garlic away I will eat your fingers right off of your hands. Even bulking I still try to get at least 250g of veggies in per day. As Simon Miller says, the most important part of health and fitness - is the health.
Vertical diet has u eating spinach and bell peppers in every meal. Also potatoes and carrots. What veggies would u have in mind ?

I eat so many raw onions and garlic. That’s about the only veggies I eat

@@kuuryotwo5153 Yeah same. I eat carrots (they're okay) cauliflower and broccoli most nights but it's just something I feel obligated to do, I don't like them. I think if you just go with the "food is fuel" mindset you can eat anything though, just chew and swallow until its done lol. Bulking helped me a lot with that mindset, when you bulk you hate _every_ meal so eating just becomes a chore to be completed.

I train like a bodybuilder, haven't competed since I started grad school. I love sweet peas, sugar snaps, and broccoli thought for fiber and all. To be fair, I also take a greens supplement.

Antoine's answer was good! I think you can and look at his answer from the angle that there seem to be a lack of understanding/knowledge. How will each vegetable benefit me and help me reach my goal? That's the question that needs to be answered. I guess the answer is not as straight forward as it is for white rice and steak. Just look at jujis aha moment when he found out about the nutrients in sprouts.

I was inspired by Juji & Toms hiatus. I told my boss I need to work some things out and I am going to take a month or so off of work. Also added that I won't be informing my clients I am out or when I am returning. Needless to say..... I have a lot of free time now.
Joking aside, none of us need to know the details of the absence. A quick video telling the fans you guys are on a break wouldn't be that hard and that is all people want. He used company funds and the company credit card for personal expenses, his poker playing, house work, personal taxes and gave money to other poker friends. As well, he took out unauthorised multiple loans under the company name. He got caught months ago, promised to pay it all back - never did, he continued to take company money, right up to Jan 2021.
