A New Frontier, is the creative title for this video that my boyfriend helped me come up with.
In this video I’m sharing my personal experience during the F2F Interview with Frontier Airlines, and I’m excited to say hence our creative title I will be one of F9’s Newest Flight Attendants starting March! I know 23 mins seems a bit long but please note this was a long day/process and I have a lot of helpful and insightful information to share within this video if you have a F2F coming up!

. I have my F2F tommorow for a major airline carrier. I'm super excited. I've waited for this day to come for a lifetime. I was waiting until I was ready , & prepared to make this step to apply. I'm so ready for Tommorow.🙏

You did an amazing job with your presentation and delivery of this video. Lots of pertinent information, you didn't stumble over your words or wander of into the deep blue sky. If you're into it I highly recommend you produce more videos, such as your training journey (I'm sure your all over this already) maybe what to pack for the 3-6 week process etc. I hope I get to fly with you this year.

Cheryl Miller Thank you so much Cheryl! I appreciate your kind words and honest feedback. It makes me happy knowing that I can provide my own experience as a resource for others which was ultimately my goal. Because I know what it’s like, the millions of questions and I think everyone in this process deserves some peace of mind and preparation. I leave for training in less than a day so I definitely have plans to share how I packed and what I felt were essential for training etc. I hope to see you in the Skies as well! :)

yenahis thank you so much! Personally I have never attached a photo to my resumes and it’s never been required. I hope this helps and good luck :)

Destini Meets World thank you for your vote of confidence, I’m excited for this journey and I hope Friday I shine and leave with a CJO. I will say I rebooked my hotel to stay in the same hotel as the interview and this has removed some stress of the atmosphere I’ll be walking into on Friday.

What exactly is the tattoo test? Are they thoroughly examining your skin or just a simple look over? I ask because I plan on getting my tattoo removed, but it can definitely be covered by makeup up until then. Thanks!
paulenciaakapj unfortunately they don’t make exceptions even if you are using makeup to cover it. That tattoo taste is essentially them looking at all visible areas like the back of your neck, hands, legs, arms etc. it’s best to let me know and just be transparent they appreciate that more then you just not admitting that you have a tattoo. Hey, I know this was a few years ago, my question is, are you still working for Frontier? If so, how do you like it? Knowing what you know now, would you have accepted this job? Is it everything you thought it would be?

CMLee81 good luck!! I’m happy to have been some help with my own experience. Unfortunately I did not make it the second week of training so sadly I did not earn my wings. I do have friends that are loving their experience as flight attendants with frontier some have moved on to delta.. but all around they enjoy just flying everywhere :)
Oh no!!! Was the training really difficult?
CMLee81 I’d say definitely one of the more difficult things I’ve done in life thus far.. I was sent home because I scored an 80% on my exam instead of a 90% since they only allow one retake the entire training. I talk about my experience on RUclips :)

I got an email to do a video interview but I was wondering if you know if they hire people who had a dui in the past. Mine happened over 10 years ago and I’m sure not every flight attendant has a perfect record. I would really appreciate your help.
Diego Forero Hi Diego, typically during the initial application process you should have been asked questions such as “have you been convicted of a crime, felony.” etc I would assume that is the first opportunity to share any past issues regarding your record however upon that process if you have made as far as doing a video interview I wouldn’t bring that up unless it’s asked. They don’t do a rigorous background check until you are flown out for the face interview and that was just a simple drug test. I hope this helps but if you remain worried of your chances I would ask a trusted individual perhaps in HR or the talent acquisition team to clarify. Good luck
They did ask me that questions but it also said on the last 5 years. So I said no. Thanks anyways and I hope is not an issue.

I heard that when they do the interview with you and another candidate, only one of you will make it through. Is that false?
N Bee I wouldn’t say that’s true only because both woman who I peer interviewed with were also offered CJO’s. It’s possible for the person you interview with to not make it but they don’t just pick one of the two. More then often both are offered the job! I hope this clears up your question :)
When do training actually start?

With the tattoos what if you can hide them ?
Ayyee NuNu frontier is very strict on tattoos. They have openly said even if its coverable with makeup they make no exceptions unless a very very rare case. It’s best to communicate this first hand. Policies may have changed as they always are but so far I have not seen a drastic change in their tattoo policy

I never got a phone interview, I did a video interview... is that normal? It was all prerecorded questions
Morgan Cataland video interviews are normal. It varies for each airline, I did a phone interview prior to my F2F but most airlines are using the video interview process

Jessica Comiskey sorry for my late response it all took about a month to get to the next step in the process. All in all 3 month process from applying to making my way to training

What is the tattoo test
How do they check for tattoos
Greg Wright hi sorry for my late response, tattoo tests essentially they are just visibly checking for any tattoos so they would check behind your neck, your legs, arms, and even your fingers it’s a very simple and quick check but basically any spot that a tattoo is visible. They separate women in one room and men in the next cause you may have to remove some things like your accessories or take off your blazer or coat etc to allow for a smooth process as they check those visible spots
After initially applying, were you sent an assessment to complete? If so how quickly did you receive that?

I honestly do not remember if I completed a assessment. I will have to trace back in my emails, I probably did I just cannot remember off the top of my head. Usually assessments are sent within a few days to a week after applying it really depends.
is there a drug test conducted at the end of the interview or is it handled once you return home with a 3rd party company?

Are they still doing tattoo checks?
Sharifa Reid yes they still do tattoo checks they are the most strict compared to other airlines as far as tattoo policies

Was it a urine drug test?
Yes it was! We did it in the facility they utilized for the F2F process it was a hotel

@@adriennebrown682 No problem! Sorry I was late in responding I’m changing a lot to my channel. Everyone is given their privacy for this portion you will be in the stall alone however a drug rep will be just outside the door to collect your cup. They kinda had us lined woman and men separate for the restrooms to go one at a time from my memory. But again they respect your privacy!
@@Destininicole417 I passed & got the CJO. I want to thank you so much for all of your help. The good & the bad you shared truly helped me. Everything went as you said with a few changes. I wonder will they test us when we get to the training facility too. Do you remember?
