    Wow I've came across so many bad stories about frontier from their FA ( which is why I canceled my f2f with them) so I decided to attend this other regional airline interview instead. At this interview former frontier FA were there warning us not to apply to Frontier. I'm so glad I dodged a bullet too. 4 years later and your video is STILL ACCURATE and REAL! Frontier is a terrible airline. That being said, 90% has always been standard in FA training. Referring to other airlines’ longer training is irrelevant. Those other airlines have larger, more diverse fleets than Frontier. Frontier only flies variants of the Airbus 320 series whereas, Delta, for example, flies Airbus 350, 767, 757, 737, and 717. You’re comparing applies to oranges. Sorry. I’m not gonna tell you what you want to hear. It’s sad to be dismissed from training, but Frontier didn’t do anything differently than any other US airline.

    • @Destininicole417
      @Destininicole417 4 года назад

      Diego Forero Hi Diego, typically during the initial application process you should have been asked questions such as “have you been convicted of a crime, felony.” etc I would assume that is the first opportunity to share any past issues regarding your record however upon that process if you have made as far as doing a video interview I wouldn’t bring that up unless it’s asked. They don’t do a rigorous background check until you are flown out for the face interview and that was just a simple drug test. I hope this helps but if you remain worried of your chances I would ask a trusted individual perhaps in HR or the talent acquisition team to clarify. Good luck
