You so inspire me to my stare down demons. Sometimes I deal with things that seem so outside of me. Before I had akathisia, a medical issue where I can't stop moving. First it was a side effect from trying new medicines but then it came back randomly. My mom just helped me figure everything out. That first akathisia was the only time in my life I was suicidal, I couldn't be positive. But it's not happening anymore. My physical health is a confusion of a myriad of problems that doctors and some people don't all think are real. I get weird exhaustion, from some electrolyte problems I have yet to understand. I used to exercise all the time and was on Track Team. It was disappointing that I couldn't anymore. Then I was getting thyroid problems for the longest time ever recently just because we have to get the level just right to go with the other medicine I take that lowers it, so I can think straight and I don't get manic psychosis. Otherwise my thyroid wouldn't be up and down all of the time. I've had bipolar symptoms of mania and depression and disordered thoughts and surreal normal my whole life. They started when I was around five and surfaced when I was 15. The medicine fixes it, but for me I still have depression. And I eat super healthy. The stigma is so hard, but the feeling of not being in control is worse, because even when people are trying to help you they sometimes have weaknesses. My thyroid was high a few months ago and I started meditating. And then recently again. It changes my personality, it makes me feel terrified as an angry person. I feel like anger defines me. Now I've getting symptomatic migraines every day for the past five weeks. But the thyroid was annoying. I'm so self-conscious. Especially cuz my teeth got a supplement on them, and it's stuck on them. They can't get the stains off, cuz it's stuck in the enamel. I'm not that worried about it, but it's coming up on both sides, so I'm a normal amount self-conscious about that.
