The combined mode betrays the problem you get when you work with a set that has all the combiner parts built into the individual bots: the torso is too small for the limbs. The arms are too long (practically dangling the hands at the knees like a gorilla) and the upper legs are too short compared to the lower legs. The way that Zeta/Toyworld/Fanstoys are handling combiners is really the only way to go if you want properly proportioned combiners that look like they have some meat on their bones. This MMC Bruticus is proportioned like someone with dwarfism. This is a great set to display them as individual bots, but as Bruticus? Nah. Stick to Zeta for that one.
When FansToys inevitably makes their own unBlastOff, it will look better by far but will lack the articulation. I am already seeing into my miserable hopeless future.
Will those replacement ratchets you mentioned for the combined mode be up for sale online for major retailers? Only asking since I bought my mmc onslaught in person back in January
Really awesome engineering. Still not going to replace my UT set, but very cool that they can make a no PF combiner. Really like how all the limb bots are different heights. Not sure if it was worth it but it is darn impressive.
GibDozer1 yeah it definitely comes at some costs like the smaller height but the engineering can’t be denied. I’ve considered getting a UT Bruticus as well but want to refrain from double dipping on combiners.

They only told me included in Brawls box. So if you buy brawl you’ll get it.
