Thanks for showcasing the 6gb version! I'm looking to upgrade the 1650 for my SFF pc and finding a direct comparison between the two has been difficult, really appreciate this. From what I see people aren't looking at this card from the angle of SFF users like me, which is fair but also ignorant to the largest base that could make use of it. It's got a 75w draw, one of its versions don't require any power connectors AT ALL, it's a marked and obvious improvement over the 1650 4gb in a niche of computers with VERY LIMITED options. That alone makes it worth considering, and the only fair and outstanding criticism I've seen of it so far is that its price is too high for the performance. Which, again, if you have an SFF pc, which are notoriously difficult to get PSU upgrades to support something like a 4060 LP, then you don't have many options. That being said, I bought my 1650 used for 183 a couple years back at the time of writing this. And at the time of writing this the 3050 is goingg for 189. That is a pretty fair price for the improvements, I would hope. But I'll test the card out when I get it to make sure.

GTX 1650 is not the best choice to stay with. I mean you can get 6600/XT for pretty much cheap prices nowadays, and they perform very good for the price. The 3050 is GTX 1070 but with DLSS features, both offer 8GB of vram yet the 3050 still manages to cost around 230 in my country which is money grab. Consdering the 6600 XT you can get used one for 160 and obtain optimal performance for 1080P gaming.
I agree, but where I live it's not common to see used RDNA2, it's more common to see the GTX lineup that nobody suggests. What I tell others is when building a PC to get at least a RX 6600. Due to the dollar exchange rate as well, importing from Amazon USA would be the better choice than the local stores.
The problem with all cards you mentioned is that they require an additional power connector. If you build a cheap gaming PC by buying a used Dell or HP desktop then you can't instal any card that requires additional power due to the low power rating of the PSU (e.g 300W). In that case you are limited to 1650 and 3050 6GB as they are rated at 70W and don't need additional power connector.
