To the best of my knowledge, SPSS is commercial software that you have to pay to download and install directly from their site. That may be expensive unless you have access through your academic institution. The software has a large size (e.g., v. 20 is 258MB large). Therefore, sharing it via email may also be difficult. So, I recommend you ask your academic institution for help or receive it from nearby friends via Bluetooth or USB.
