When I write a number it displays the number back again so what shall I do ?.
If you have carried out an online survey using a Google Form or another online survey tool, you need to download it to a spreadsheet format and then do the above work. Then simply copy-and-paste the data into SPSS, where you have an empty data file set up as per your survey questionnaire. Direct importing may not fit the variables code and data fields.

What about if the questionaries are prepared like open ended eg sex____,income_____,service____,edulevel____ thankyou.
You have to code your responses first. SPSS doesn't entertain responses from open-ended questionnaires.
