What an amazing event, I was lucky enough to be able to attend. This competition will become a generation changer and inspire 1000's. I'm actually an ex Electrical Engineer but feel Brickwork is putting other trades to shame by creating events like this. Well done Joe, Ashley, Jack and Co, a truly amazing event.

It was also an honour to present to you the life time award for everything you have done for brickwork and the competitions you have also set up.
Being awarded the Silver Trowel by Ashley, Joe and Jack took me by surprise and I was honoured to accept it. I got a Star Award once when I worked for Mace at London 2012 but receiving the trowel from such an amazing industry surpassed that award. I truly hope the other sectors follow suit and create their own competitions, it's definitely possible in nearly all trades. Roll on 2024.
