With so much space in Uganda, why do developers consistently replicate Western architectural styles instead of creating something uniquely suited to Uganda? There seems to be a lack of innovation. I have yet to see a Ugandan housing development that truly embodies a uniquely African identity
Its a holiday destination to take you away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The hooting and endless noise. Its for self actualized people not hustlers😂
Well organized both outside & inside. However, in my opinion i would say, more improvement is needed for interior designing. I am pretty sure u will get there slowly by slowly. Thanks
2yrs ago I wanted to buy I went there but omg price is extremely high ! Period of that extreme high pricing oh NO Building was cheaper I saved half price .
Uganda real estate is not favorable whoever introduced it didn't tell you guys how it works and how to profit.... Am a realtor but uganda is not doing well... Let people pay 20%and occupy the property and pay monthly instead of the rent they pay somewhere else and with this shortening on the delay of occupancy 😮
Horrible intro! “Do you know you can live in Uganda like you live in the diaspora?” Can we ever just promote what we have that’s good without referencing the west or trying to model or mimic them? So embarrassing
@@kyomugisharoset8266even if you think low of yourself, must you put it out for the world to treat you according to how low you think of yourself? Even when a Ugandan is rich we say they are hiding their money, presuming it was obtained dishonestly. We really think so poorly of ourselves. How sad.

I couldn’t agree more!! There’s absolutely no value for your money!! And to add insult to injury, the developers are Kenyans who have more glamorous developments back in Kenya.😢

Beautiful setting. With stuff like this i see our Uganda start to develop.❤❤

These copycats won't learn😂
Come up with one that suits Uganda and other will copy from you 😂

Really nice.
My only criticism is there's no commerce anywhere in the vicinity of this estate.

Your beatiful host MARY NASAZI
Very impressive!
Excellent Video
I love the greenery
Awesome Apartments
Marvellous
classic place
The more you don't talk about the price the more the video makes less sense percentages are stated at 10% but of what????????
The price depends on your looks, if you have a big stomach you pay ×2
Exactly, point
I realized the presenter has a clicking sound like the Khosa in SouthAfrica
Ok
The only problem is service charge is high like you are renting.
Wooow
How much?
🙏🏼🙏🏼👏🏻

Would be nice, I second that!
Diaspora is the target market not a common Ugandan
@@kyomugisharoset8266same problem. Why market the best for outsiders. Home Ugandans don’t deserve organised estates and pavements and greenery.
@@mopride7249 no common Ugandan can afford except if you're a minister
