Real eastate in uganda is indeed overated . Due to corruption people having stolen money ..and don't care how much things cost because its not hard earned .

You only buy land and house for only 99 years because get it from me after those years only 5 percent of residents which manage to pay for other 99yrs the value will be too much so before you buy think about it. its would have been good if we are buying and get privent own tittles forever. The Management of this Housing estate should fully furnish one of the houses to serve as a sales model. This will eliminate the need for explaining things like the island between the kitchen and the living room, hence giving clients a better idea of how their units would be furnished.
