@@mugumekalyegira5718 It would be unprofessional and difficult for me to ask the developer for the house plan or architectural drawings, especially when he’s currently looking for a buyer. However, if I’m fortunate enough to sell it, I’ll definitely get you the house plan. House tours are always available, so feel free to reach out. Keep an eye on the channel-I’ll update here when it’s sold, hopefully by me, so I can get you the drawings.
We are starting to build better houses but the guys who do the lighting still have a shopping mall mentality. The light for brightness which is great for a shopping mall but not for coziness and comfort which is a priority for a home. If you don’t know what I am talking about watch Architectural Digest and you will see that we still have a long way to go as far as lighting is concerned.
@@boldlouis581 No it’s not a law, but thanks for your opinion, maybe this is something we need to bring up for discussion with the developers in Uganda.
This may be Uganda's smartest home, but it is far from Africa's smartest home. There is no need for these grandiose misleading and false claims for your video.
Thanks you for your opinion it helps me make better videos for my future home tours and enhance the experience for you guys. But, these are some of the things that make a smart home A smart home uses internet-connected devices and technology to enhance convenience, security and energy efficiency. 1. Smart Lighting: Connected bulbs and switches can be controlled remotely, dimmed, or set on schedules, helping save energy and enhance ambiance. 2. Security Systems: Smart security devices include cameras, video doorbells, and locks, often with app-based controls and notifications, providing real-time surveillance and peace Etc And this home features all the above. Maybe I should do a separate video where I show all the above mentioned?
Enough with the victimhood my brother/sister just enjoy the dam video, everyone spices up their video content and title to gain attention, we never bother to say a word, but when you see a fellow African do it, you want to cry? Lol
@zimcoder, JJAWO empisa embi, Pple with Bad and diabolical hearts banange, ehhehh🤨🤨. It's all about the choice of how you choose your English words. To other people, such presentations of houses enlighten people's minds, it encourages someone to save more, it encourages one to think wider and better, it even relaxes someone' s mind after looking at something beautiful.

The exterior is beautifully done but the interior design leaves more to be desired especially the placement of the kitchen...

In Uganda they have only one design for the floor tiles? Is it a passed law?
