Let me try to explain it in the easiest way possible, let's use an example of a football pitch, it measures at 100 decimals and that means 17 decimals is almost a quarter of a football pitch...I guess this gives you a clear idea
Im always curious when you guys say affordable are you targeting people in the diaspora to buy those homes because when you look into the ugandan economy those houses are being sold at such higher prices above it's economy and only 10 percent ugandans can afford to buy such house the other 90% can't luck of capital. This is why some african countries will remain poor because realestate bussiness focuses on the diasporas instead of finding ways to help it's own people to be able to afford things. Interesting fact do you know renting in uganda is much more higher compared to any other countries including the united states but yet it is seen as a third world countrie. What im trying to say is these people need to be reasonable with how they price there homes because if you look at the materials used to construct those home they are much less expensive
Its very simple there is a price for everyone.there is cheap land in other places of uganda u can build according to your budget.why go for highland places when u know u cnt afford.this house is for those who can afford.no need for negativity here.places like namayiba.bulindo,najembe have very cheap land for anyone to build at a very low cost.
