Omg this is hands down the most intense pilates workout I’ve ever done. I only have 2kg dumbbells and it was so challenging that I had to drop them from time to time! I didn’t feel like going to the gym today, so I did this workout thinking it wouldn’t be so intense. Almost got killed🤣Love it!
This workout was more of intense workout then I usually do. I have been doing pilates for over twenty years and have worked with different types of instructors yet this workout was still the most challenging . The weights sure add more difficulty to the poses. I will definitely do this workout again!

Ohhhhhhh that one was the toughest by far. The lunges section killed me! My legs were shaking like crazy. I only had 2kg dumbells so I did sweat and suffer! But I am proud I did it 🤪💪 to end this year. Happy 2022 to you and all your fans ❤️. Can't wait to work out with you next year 🎉💖🙏

This workout was super challenging and I love that I can progressively overload by increasing the weight of the dumbbells. I'm glad I didn't add weight to the legs because I may not survive my group bike outing tonight lol! I haven't seen you upload in at least a year, but you've become a favorite of mine, especially your Pilates/yoga combo workouts. Would love to see if you have some other workouts with weights. Your videos are really helping challenge me as I get back into shape :)

This class was hot 🥵 and I truly loved it because I love intense classes. I managed to do it from beginning to end. It was a great way to monitor my endurance level. More class indeed is requested 😀. Happy new year 2022 🥂🙏🏽

weights definitely increase the intensity !!!! OMG !!!! I love so much the final part when we stretch :):):):):):) I again only had 2kg dumbels and it made me shake and sweat !!!! more of these workout with weights would be great. I think it's mainly really increasing the arms work and as i am fighting against batwings, triceps with weights is best right ? Love u Nathalie. Do you have a beginner workout playlist anywhere? I just found this and looks interesting. I need a bet more gentle workout on my body than I have been doing. At least two workouts a week to replace the ones I do now that are different type of hard.. I lift heavy and I am fluffy n still not leaning out. I been exercising that way for over a yr and I do see I am stronger I have not lost weight or went down any sizes in clothing! I feel sore all the time.. and I also do Metabolic workouts to using medium weights. I kept hearing u will lean out and I see woman my age doing that. They do Heavy weights and they are looking lean and I am not! I am losing nothing but my mind. And I am tired of being sore in my joints. Yes I have some arthritis I have been to the doctor. It is normal aging they say. But I refuse to let it stop me. I always loved to exercise. So I want to try this type of work but I know this is going to be a hard that is different than I am used to.. more reps and holding poses longer and such.. so I need a workout that is kind of a introduction to this type and some to build up to this.. I looked and I don’t see any marked beginner or anything so can you tell me if I am missing it? Thanks!
