G'day Luke! Ive been off air for several days, phone problems, all good now, so I'm playing catch-up, Still waiting on a decent tattslotto win so I can lash out on some new Minelab equipment, wouldn't go anywhere else! Haven't detected for a couple of weeks, I'm getting withdrawal symptoms, I'm just glad I can ease the suffering by catching up with yourself, and a few others, keeps me as close to sane as I can get. Hi there @wayne armstrong sorry to hear about the phone troubles mate but great to hear your back and they are all sorted now. What a ripper new Machine the Xterra Elite is too👌 Looks great, feels great and works amazing so far! We have lots more testing and reviewing to do in future videos and lots of fun to share as we go. Even another paid job from Franco😆😆 That's another story for another day...

A great demo Luke, gives an easygoing overview that lets the absolute beginner an easy start-up and simple way to confidently get to the delights of fun detecting, less complications built-in, but bringing in the pricier range detector's capacities like multi-IQ and haptic (vibrating) grip. Would like to see how it does in emi..are the vdi numbers stable?
We did run into quite a bit of EMI interference in this video when detecting near the rooms and light poles surrounding the oval @Stephen Miller. However next video we have to combat even more EMI interference as we hunt right up close to the footy clubrooms. That latest video is available to watch now⛏️⛏️

So what is the go on advance . Like on external pro accept reject t1.. And volume advance =t1 any extra on elite .????
Did you find the new coil ears on the new Elite’s coil to be better built than the old equinox coils that had a well-disccused widely known habit of snapping off?
I sure do @Stack Silver on the old equinox 800 I did have a few issues with coil ears. However I feel that issue is a thing of the past. The new Manticore, Equinox 700/900 and even Xterra are perfect so far👌 No issues for me at all and as you know, I do a tonne of metal detecting in all types of conditions🙂
@@DigItDetecting That’s good news! I ordered a new Xterra Elite Expedition Pack yesterday, so I am looking forward to getting my newest Minelab Detector out there!
Is this better than the Nox 800?
Not that it would be better per say @jasonwow9 as the Equinox 800 does have some more options in adjusting settings further than the Elite. Such as iron bias and recovery speed settings. That said though, the brand new Xterra Elite handles everything perfect the way it is.
My best advice is if you have an 800 and enjoy, stick with it unless you can afford or want to upgrade. And if you don't have a detector at all yet, my advice would be to pick yourself up the brand new Xterra Elite and enjoy the hunt mate👌 Its a really fantastic machine all round and i highly recommend. Same machine. Elite just has added Multi Freq which the Pro should have had to begin with.

I have a Garrett 300i , it's good in the forest but it's bad on the beach 😢 , do you have an old detector good on the beach like vanquish or ……😅 anyone just has to be good on the beach ❤. Please help me if you can 🫤.

The X-Terra Elite is built with the knowledge of the 700/900 and manticore combined. Therefore similar but definitely in a league of its own compared to the 600.
