It is even better when you know that the person that voiced Eggman in this fandub did the Piss on the Moon bit IN ONE TAKE.
16:23 this can actually pretty much be explained easily! This design of final design of Shadow in SA2 wasn’t thought of just yet. In fact, his name wasn’t even going to be Shadow at first. If I remember right, his name was going to be Terios The Hedgehog. His design was actually very similar to Sonic, except he had longer quills and a scar over his right eye. From behind, and at other angles, he would look like Sonic. His fur was also a Navy Blue, if I remember right. However, somewhere in the process, they didn’t want to make him look too much like Sonic, so they scrapped his design and we got the Shadow that we all know and love! So somewhere in the script they kept the plot of Shadow being confused for Sonic most likely because the script was finalized before Shadow’s design was changed.
As someone who loves wasting time reading things like that i would say, time well wasted
What about Silver? Amy confused Silver for Sonic in Sonic 06, didn't she?
@@mercedeslp Guess the joke of Amy confusing other hedgehogs for Sonic goes way back even with the Sonic Team devs? Because pretty sure Silver’s Beta design was close to his final one.
@@mercedeslp Silver’s confusion is most likely a joke. If I remember correctly, his beta design was close to his final design, so there shouldn’t be any reason Amy would confuse him for Sonic from any angle. Only explanation would be that it’s a joke on how she confuses other hedgehogs for Sonic, despite different appearances
The best part of shadows "hotsauxe on everything" line is that it's based on a kid that Alfred (eggman's voice) went to school with who really did put hot sauce on everything they ate and drank

Alfred, the VA for eggman, isn't a VA at all, he's a storyboard artist and is responsible for Unikitty on Cartoon Network.

I figured Sanna was the one who'd know the fandubs by heart, since she made that joke in the DMC 5 Max0r video. Not disappointed she knew the actual story and the Fandub version while Amanda and Michaela were befuddled at everything. On another note, if you want some serious brain hurts, Max0r's latest videos is right up that alley. I do want to mention that it is a game that is not up your alley so I understand if you don't want to see that video and/or play the game.

That fandub is still one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen, first time I watched it I was literally crying with laughter! And that was the dark story alone.

You've gotta commend Amanda's dedication to the youtuber craft...no one would have known about her Sims gaming past unless she said something for the sake of the bit
You can play as Amy in the VS mode, and she is broken as hell. In vs mode collecting rings lets you use a random ability out of like 3 or 4. Amy has the lowest cost, so she can spam the abilities like targeted damage and timestop. You can beat the first level before your opponent leaves the snowboarding section with how broken she is.
Also, do me a favor and pretend that being first to comment is worth anything at all in a practical or moral sense.

I'm a huge Sonic nerd and so I'd like to share this bit of information that nobody cares about with you: It's heavily implied that Biolizard and Shadow were designed by Dr. Gerald Robotnik based on Perfect Chaos and Super Sonic.
We know Gerald studied Chaos because lots of "Artificial Chaos" enemies in the Ark. We know his knowledge of Chaos comes from studying the Echidna civilization because there was a replica of an Echidna shrine in the Ark (where Sonic and Shadow went super in the end).
And we know the Echidnas had foretold the coming of Sonic because there's an ancient Echidna painting of Super Sonic fighting Eggman in Hidden Palace Zone (from Sonic & Knuckles).
So yeah, technically Shadow is the faker, even though he was created over 50 years ago 😄
Corection : The Echidnas actually foretold Sonic fighting Eggman in his HYPER form , not the SUPER one .

I just said "Super Sonic" because Hyper Sonic is basically just a Super version of Super Sonic (using the Super Emeralds) and I felt like adding that detail would have made my comment longer and more complicated than it needed to be, since I would have felt compelled to explain Hyper Sonic as well 😄
@@lucasfurtado2224 I mean, I appreciate the thought but Hyper Sonic just resumes to use the Master Emerald to power up the Chaos Emeralds so they can become the Super Chaos Emeralds and then Sonic can go from Super Sonic to Hyper Sonic

Something I always notice about these reactions to this dub is when Amy mentions not kidnapping any five year olds to help free sonic, everyone is confused. Like I remember that Tails said he was 5 years old so that makes that statement funnier for me. I’m not hating, it’s just something I’ve noticed.
