After that Iconic moment with Eggman's announcement and pissing on the moon they actually had to pause the recording not only because they were dying from laughter but they also stopped the recording session just so they could save it so they "Lock That In and make sure that that stays forever" this was from their video (The First Night (SA2) | BTDubs - Episode 1) it also explains the joke about the Pumpkin Hill Music, while they were doing the dub recording every time a cutscene wasn't playing and they were watching gameplay footage some of them would just be humming the Pumpkin Hill Theme
