      The Overcoming Gravity has some good places to start. Overall I would focus on a core stabilization workout working on strength and power of your back

    It was helpful, thanks! I struggle with inversions (I can do them but I hate them), not to mention straight legs, mine are so floppy U.U!

      Laura D.P. The only way I started to like them was when they were the only way to get into really cool drops or slips. Only way to motivate me! 😂
