Your videos are really useful :) quick question, do you stick to a specific meal plan when you are training to boost your energy / help your muscles recover quicker and are there any particular foods you would recommend?
Thank you! I eat a plant based diet and try to eat cleanly most of the time which I find works really well for me in terms of energy and muscle recovery.
It takes a lot of strength and practice, keep working hard and it'll gradually get there! These are just a handful of exercises you can do, there're loads of others that help, I just couldn't include everything in one video :) a really good one is to sit on the floor in a straddle, keep your legs straight and lift them up over yoga blocks. There are a lot of exercises like that that are amazing for getting your straight leg straddle, I'll try to put together another video of floor exercises if I get time :)

What if I can do bent leg straddle and lower down with straight legs, but I still struggle doing a straight leg straddle up?
