How to freeze YOUR peppers with OR without a vacuum sealer!

I have been freezing peppers for a few years now and for me, this is the best way to freeze peppers! When it comes to storing peppers for winter, freezing and dehydrating are the best ways to go! Most of us can only harvest peppers a few months out of the year, so what do we do for the rest of it? If we freeze our peppers, they can last us all year round! This is how I freeze my peppers so I always have them to enjoy!

I have been freezer peppers for decades. I freeze my peppers whole and I think they may hold there crispness better that way. Smaller peppers are close to the same crispness as fresh ones. Also, I use bags that can be opened and resealed, so I can just take a few peppers out at a time. My FoodSave sealer has an accessory that will the works with these bags. I also have a Zwillilng hand held vacuum sealer that has very sturdy bags that can be used over and over again.
