Could you please do a video on glucose sparring or what some call 'physiological' insulin resistance? Is it something one should worry about? If not, on what basis? Is there evidence that it's safe and that it's a different biological state than pathological insulin resistance?

Thats a great idea. In the meantime, here's an article on the Dawn Effect. While it isn't all about glucose sparing, it does make reference to it. Hopefully that will help some. www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/the-dawn-effect

I have been following it for a month now, and my ketones have increased to an average of 3.5 mmol/l)-- all thanks to all the tips and information you've been sharing with us.

Thats a difficult question to answer as everyone can have a different experience, We recommend finding a doctor, therapist, coach, dietician, or other healthcare professional who can work with you to ensure safety and efficacy. You can search diagnosisdiet.com/directory to look for a trained professional
