    Wow, so many thanks for your videos. Had the LDS stuck and no clue how to disassemble the robot, but with your video and some patience I have the robot running again with no problems :)

    Clear and precise instructions. Nice to watch.
    I have a new Ecovac Omni that I brought online. Problem is that it only speaks and listens to Chinese. What components need to be changed to localise the var and have it speak in English?

    My Ozmo T8 is overlapping map please help and the cleaning lines are also overlapping and not straight... Is there any solution with it its been 3 months only

      Plz follow the instructions in my video how to save multiple maps...make sure reset the deebot before start using

    Hi mate, i got deebot 950, thanks for your video which solved bumper issue but not quite lds sensor, after i did all, it intiate rotating but then again after few minuts it stop, so i have to press start again and manually rotate lds then it will start rotating ..but for few mins only . Please help thanks. Raj

      Bearing got grinding sounds so need to replace bearing if no sounds then LDS motor weaker..if can find same Will solve issues

    Mine has the same problem, but I'm in Brazil and I can't find someone to fix it, do I need to change the whole part or just that rubber? My model is the Deebot Ozmo 900

    my deebot is not mapping does not see the map. Lds is spinning but I don't think it is working. Checked the lens it is clean. What can be the issue?

      May I know the model no. ?? Remove the deebot from charger then after deebot power on plz press the auto button then see weather LDS assembly the black colour round part turning or not if LDS not turning then plz check the LDS belt might broken..if LDS turns but deebot won't move so plz let me know what's the error voice msg appears...??

      @@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 Deebot 900 Series, LDS is spinning and when turned on its not making any error sounds it just works as regular but it is not mapping the surface. App does not show the borders of the room and robot is not able to locate itself in the room. tried to reset it several times and clean it but it did not help.

      @@JONnodir there are 2 possible reason sir. If deebot connect with app perfectly but maping got issues normally it happens because LDS belt loose or LDS it self faulty...need to check...
      2 reason is core board attach under main board just next to power button side..a small chip... sometimes also can be faulty... normally if this one faulty deebot can't connect with apps as well

    I have made map various times but after mapping whenever it starts cleaning again it overlaps the current map and the cleaning lines are also very uneven please help, technical support not responding

      Plz press reset button for 7 second after reset need to save map again... hopefully will be ok if still same then LDS assembly need to replace

      @@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 i dont want to save multiple map but the single map that I'm using gets disturbed every time the deebot starts new cleaning cycle and yes I'm using Ozmo T8 Which comes with D,tof

      @@SamVlogs7 if you saved map already n next Cleaning cycle overlap then mostly after reset problem solved..but if after reset still same then it's a D-Tof issue...need to replace D-Tof..plz contact ur seller n request to replace D-Tof assembly for you

      Might be the Mainboard issue that's why giving error with new battery as well... sometimes got short circuit

      If LDS is turning but still giving LDS block error means might be LDS eyes dust or block with spider web 🕸️, if all clear still giving error then LDS assembly need to replace sir....u can buy n replace urself at home...its easy... videos available about this topic as well

      @@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 Sir, all cleaning procedure done with following your videos and LDS assembly also opened and checked, all are physically OK. May Be Laser system is malfunctioning and maybe needs to be replaced as what you said. Could I know as it having warranty how I get servicing in India? Please guide me sir.

      @@srinivasjalli6390 Indian customers told me there's a service center in new Delhi India...or they contact their Hotline no. Then they cover ur warranty as well in India....they said they provide home services

    I have an issue with mine...it's vacuuming but it's not moving..but when I lift up they lit the red light..mine is this model..what is the issue and any solution I can try?

      Plz check weather LDS assembly is turning or not... normally if LDS is not turning then looks like vacuum functioning but deebot won't move.... maybe LDS belt broken.or lds motor as spoil. Or LDS assembly faculty....

      I already reset the Map..but it still stay in one place and not moving.. already change the belt but no avail...the Map also seems not complete and there's missing parts from the map at the apps..Is this LDS Issues or other thing?

      @@MultiHafiz96 when u press auto button so LDS start turning or not....if not turning means maybe belt too tight or stuck or LDS motor spoil that's why LDS not turning

    Sir, I registered a complaint through toll-free number two days back, but nobody responded till now, and I contacted several times to customer care they are telling that technical team will contact you with in 48 hrs like that. I think they are irresponsible and very poor service in India. Please escalate this matter to your higher office, why becoz with this poor service company business will loose as I will tell to my friends and neighbours about the service of ecovacs. I couldn't do the service out side bcoz my item having warranty. Customer care not given any complaint registered number to me.
    " Friends please tell to your friends and neighbours to Don't buy this product in India". Thank you.
