We recently stayed at this condo and what a wonderful experience we had. Daniella was excellent in helping us book in and even met us at the condo to help orient us. Compared to other bookings we have had in the past, Daniella made our welcome special, The condo was beautiful, very comfortable and the pool amazing. Highly recommend for couples and even families. Learning to cross the highway was easy and we loved the beach access nearby. The restaurants close to the plaza were delicious, especially if you love breakfast foods and pastries. An Oxxo is also in walking distance for snacks and various necessities. Thank you for everything, Daniella!

Last year in July, my husband and I toured some condos with our Realtor for sale in Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias and Quadrant was one of the condominium complexes reviewed. At the time it was heavily under construction, and we walked through units that had no walls, just cement, and stepping over wires. It was hard to totally envision the living space. Now that you’ve shown us this finished and decorated unit we’re kicking ourselves that we didn’t buy then! It’s such a beautiful complex and we would’ve been so comfortable and happy, as well it would’ve been a great Airbnb machine until we’re ready to retire!
Yes it’s often hard to imagine when it’s unfinished. There are still units available. If you’re interested hit us up!
@@MovingToMexiCo We visited again in this July, and had an appointment again with our realtor, however with the crazy housing market in California, the value of the American dollar to Mexican Pesos being as bad as it is, and the price of housing in Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias getting so expensive. We’ve decided that when we’re ready to pull the trigger we’ll just rent until we find a place the perfect place that we want to make our permanent home!

Just leaving Portugal and spotted this. Nice to see you two again. We stayed at the Quadrant last January. All good except the pool was too cold. Any chance Quadrant has considered heating the pool? We will be back in Nuevo Nayarit at Vidanta January 26 2024. Daniella hope your birthing goes well!

I see many videos on how to move to Mexico, but have yet to see one showing how to move with children. How to enroll in schools and language barriers.
Also how to get work in Mexico if you are Canadian or US resident and want to live possibly part time or full time.
What do you do?

I have a question regarding Temporary Residency renewal of original TR. If the expiry date is early March, does immigration allow 3 year renewals a dew months earlier rather than waiting until the one month prior to expiry ? Reason being is i plan on going to Mexico in December rather than February.
