@@PVLivingWithElli I wonder why HOA fees are so high in Puerto Vallarta. We have a house in a golf club area in Colorado, HOA monthly fee isn't even close to be that much. Any idea why fees are so high there? $1000 dollars is basically a house payment here in the states. Honest question..
Now that you mention it, I actually made a mistake in the conversion 😅, it’s approx $690 USD not $900. But also, Puerto Vallarta is one of the most expensive cities in Mexico. It may also have to do with the fact that they are renovating the entrance this year with the “palapa”. Let me know if you have any other questions 😊
I created this video to showcase a property that’s available beachfront. 🙌🏼✨ I wouldn’t say it’s affordable, as Puerto Vallarta is one of the more expensive cities in Mexico for real estate.
Why the heck would I go to Mexico and buy a home for over $600.000 .The average American can't afford a home in the US.This beachfront condo is for Americans that all ready have money not a bad deal.I would Love to move to Mexico but I need to rent from $500.00 -$800.00 Dollars per Month.
Yes, I agree! You can find homes from $200K up to the Millions. Although beachfront is definitely on the higher end. There are properties available for rent in your price range but hard to find, and close to the beach is harder. If you'd like more info, you can send me an email and I can gladly send you what's available, even if it's not for now...but it can give you an idea.
Everyone that moves to mexico isn’t poor. And if that tiny amount of money is your budget, you can’t afford oceanfront and can barely afford PV. Your complaint on this video is misguided. This is actually cheap for oceanfront here in PV.
@@sheilakay4138 You are missing the point. If I had $600,000 Thousand Dollars why would I move to Mexico and buy a $600,000 Dollar home when I could by one here in the US for $400,000 dollars or less. Most people who move to Mexico seek something more affordable.I understand that everyone who moves to Mexico isn't poor.Just so you know there are parts in Mexico that you can get pretty close to the beach for around $300.00 US Dollars .I didn't say beach front I said close to the beach ,Like 1 block away.I know Mexico pretty good My Mother was born in Morelia Mexico 1929 two of my sisters born in Tijuana Mexico Grandparents from Guadalajara Mexico.
I love your videos, I just watched ten of them!
This Much Smaller Than My Beach House, Way Overpriced
WOW ELLI !!!
Nice video but way way over priced way too much money. You can get that in Equador for half the price.
Hi Elli, how much is the HOA?
The HOA is at $11.6K pesos right now so approx $690 USD .

@@PVLivingWithElli Just to confirm.. 690 usd is per month correct?
@@gabrielanguiano2719 yes approx per month since it’s in pesos. 🙌🏼
Well what is the point of showing a 649000$USD condo? Is that supposed to be affordable living? Not really it's for the richer of these planets...
