Not me, the dentist shoved that thing on my nose when I was a kid. He didn’t start out nor ended with pure oxygen. I was so high and out of it also was asleep. He didn’t use a needle to numb me. I was so dizzy that I fell over after getting off the chair.
I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out under this stuff. I don't get it... I'm laughing in the chair with no pain ... I just remember laughing a lot, and telling the doctor to pull all my teeth.... 🤣🤣🤣
@@alyssalynn2040 No reason to be scared. However, just know that if you have a tooth that potentially can damage a nerve upon removal that nerve damage can take years ... I had a tooth wrapped around a nerve. The nerve was damaged.. the entire right side of my mouth was numbed for 6 years.. It came back, but for a years it was hard to speak 😂
My first experience with a dentist was horrible. She actually worked on a root canal without numbing the area, you can’t imagine the pain … Since then I get a panic attack every time I visit a dentist
The surgery is quit a while, so I’m going to be a wake, will I just be sitting there in discomfort waiting for the surgery to end, because it would be hard to sit on that chair for 2 hours

@@SureYoureRight it’s definitely a weird feeling like dizziness mixed with a weird illusion and being really out of it, then again, today’s nitrous oxide may be different from the ones in the earlier 2000’s. But I can say that it took the anxiety away.

Once she said that, my heart was beating normally. I prayed before this also & I know that helped alot. It makes you relaxed.. I was so relaxed that I tilted my head back further on my own to help the oral surgeon pull out the tooth. I was once a person so paralyzed with anxiety I didn't leave my home for years BC of fear of anxiety attacks.. I can do anything now, but anxiety does creep up . To me, if I can do this ..anyone can. I know that God helped me tremendously & he will help you too. F. E. A. R. False Evidence Appearing Real. Don't make this scarier in your mind than it really is. God Bless everyone!! I've got my appointment on the 11th this month need a filling and a tooth pulled out! Then at another date need both back wisdom out. I'm in such great pain I cannot eat my foods chew my foods I'm sluring talking
Dont worry am scared of needles myself but the Laughing gas helped me relax LOADS like i never cared about the needle, they used numbing gel on my gums aswell when i had gas and air

I had allergies and couldn’t breathe correctly with that mask over my nose. They had to reschedule my Wisdom teeth removal in a month
